I really enjoyed my overall experience with Western Rise almost as much as your Evolution travel pants. I called When the pants arrived, concerned about the "blowsing" effect that made my hips look more like a woman's. However, after I washed them they sit just right. The weight is perfect. I also appreciated the ease with which I was able to return the first pair that I had ordered in the wrong size. Finally, I was stunned - in a good way - with your refund of the extra cost I incurred for extra-fast shipping of the wrong pants. I received the pants in plenty of time for my trip to South America. It is certainly not your or your pants' fault that my vacation was abruptly cancelled when we had to flee Per and Colombia mere hours before the countries slammed their borders shut because of Covid-19. :) Thanks again, Weatern Rise.

I bought a pair and while I loved the fabric, they weren't the right size. However the returns team were super helpful and I'm patiently waiting for the new size to come back!

I believe I have made the rounds on all pants, looking for that one perfect pant that looks great, is durable and functions in every environment. I can honestly say that all the previous positive reviews were dead on. I have already donated 1/2 of my pants knowing I will not be ever wearing them again. The key features are comfort and looks, they are a 10/10 on both. All the other features such as durability, water/stain/odor resistance and pocket design are just huge bonuses to make these the ultimate pant. I live in Louisiana and travel a bunch; and now have no fear of wearing these pants in the middle of the summer, as they are so light on my skin and actually feel better than my shorts!? I plan on getting another color, just so it doesn't look like I wear the same thing everyday. I currently own the blue/grey color.

These pants have completely replaced denim for me. Lighter, more breathable, more durable, stain- and water-resistant. They're cut just like a great pair of denim, but they're so much more functional. These are all I wear now.

I've only had the evolution pants for a week but so far they've exceeded my expectations. Stylish, sturdy, light, and well-fitting. I'm 6', 190 pounds, muscular build--I'm a powerlifter. Size 32 fits perfectly. I also bought the AT Slim pant--another great purchase. As advertised they're a bit heaver and sturdier, probably better for cooler weather. I'll definitely be ordering more items from Western Rise.

Very happy with all aspects of Wester Rise . Since reading about them in Gear magazine I have purchased two pairs along with the hooded meriino shirt that I really like .

This post is for those who may have a hard time deciding between the pants offered by Western Rise. Let me start by saying that since buying my first pair, the Evolution, I've only ever worn a different pair of pants going out when I needed boot cut jeans. If they make those, bye bye Ariat. Evolution Pants- Super light and flexible. Pack down incredibly small, 100% stain and water resistant. Perfect for any occasion in the summer including small to through hiking. Downside to these is that they are a bit chilly for winter. I generally prefer to be warm, so I've thrown a pair of leggings on underneath and the pants still fit perfectly. AT Slim - This was the pair of pants that made me hang up my jeans for good. Not only do they fit incredibly well, but they are also significantly more stylish and durable. They're very warm and at least in Denver you could wear them for anything from a casual day hanging around to a business casual event. Only downside to these is they aren't as mobile as the other two. Diversion - So before doing this, I tried all three of these pants on in rapid succession and my god are these things comfortable. I truly didn't think the comfort of the AT Slim or Diversion could be surpassed, but they've done it. The Diversion pants have a four way stretch (I comfortably did yoga in them) and share the water and stain resistance of the above pants. Biggest differentiating factor here besides the flexibility is the fit. These are SLIM and very form fitting. The only time I haven't worn these is when I need something a bit more business casual. Been traveling for work taking flights weekly, the best pant for the job!! Got all of the colors of these and use them daily.

I can't rave enough about both the pants themselves and the entire ordering process. The pants fit great, and comfortable and look really nice without that cheap shiny look that some of these types of performance pants have (cough cough Rhone). As advertised, they don't wrinkle, are super light, and dry really quickly. I agree with others that they fit pretty true but I have a 31 waist and gambled with a 30 but ended up exchanging to a 32. Tony from customer service was great and made the exchange process really easy. I'd definitely get another pair.

The most amazing thing about this is the fabric. It's extremely soft and stretchy yet looks "normal" like cotton. Unfortunately the pants are much too slim for my body and tastes.

These pants are great. They are a little more form fitting than some of my other pants, but the fabric stretches and is super comfortable. Sizing seems to be spot on. I wouldn't wear these to the office, but great for any other casual occasion.

These pants are excellent. Feels like I'm wearing nothing the fit is exact to my body. I'll be getting another pair. Not sure if I like these better than the AT Slim pants I also have. Hard decision. Maybe I'll get one of each

First sorry for some errors, I am from switzerland and therfore my native language is german ;-) But I liked this pants so much and had to share my experiences. I brought two of my four pairs with me to my two month trip around south east asia. The weather was hot and humid most ot the time in december and january in Myanmar and Malaysia. During the day I used to wear my olive pair of the Evolution Pant while I kept the khaki one "clean" to visit a nice restaurant or bar in the evening. In temperature over 30 C I used to roll up the legs which looks better than a silly short to me for a adult men. When I was sweating all day, even after several days the pants were never smelly and I could travel in them without having to wash them for more than a week. When I finaly washed them in a sink they dried very quickly. What more can you ask for. Combine this fantastic light pants with some merino shirts and your good to go for a long time. Of course I also enjoyed the big frontpocket for my mobile and the packpocket with the zipper was perfect to put in my creditcard. The only small complain. I realized some significant differences in the sizes between the different colors that I have. But because the Pants are on the loose side, its not a real problem.

I wasn't sure if these pants would live up to the advertising. Well...they exceeded my expectations! They are incredible. A great fit and super comfortable. I had a second pair I was going to return, but I've decided to keep them. These are so nice, but I must be honest and at that they are too expensive.

I haven't taken off the pants since I got them in the mail. They are just as good as advertised.

I now have almost every color. They are the only pants I wear for work whether its a casual day at the office or dressed up with a blazer for a meeting. These pants are my go to...

I absolutely love these pants I have purchased 3 pairs in total. I am a big time fan of the zippering in the back right pocket as well a regular pocket there. And the front media pocket is fantastic...in fact all of the pockets are deep and great. Thank y'all!!

These are my first pair of western rise pants. Saw several great reviews from different media. Chose evolution due to it's lighter weight than AT. They are light, comfortable and breathable that I wouldn't feel the heat when seated for too long at desk or in the flight.

The evolution pant are well made with a modern cut. Tailored look but lightweight and easy to move in. They make for a perfect pair of travel pants.

My pants were great and the customer service is hands down the best in the business. Keep creating and can't wait for a Jean to come out

The pant is very comfortable and good for traveling and everyday use. The water repellant is very useful and you don't need to worry about raining during your trip. The only improvement I hope would be a faster shipping method is chosen.
