Interior lining is loose/too much fabric so it gathers in folds (hard to explain but is annoying). Exterior fabric collects lint and pet hair (it's soft though). Ultimately a miss, imo. Bag design itself is nothing special; many other/better VB options.

Very nicely made and the color is great. However, it is way too big. I had to return it.

I regret to say this is bag is terrible. It is bulky and poorly shaped. The strap is to short to be used as a shoulder bag. I will be returning.

The cotton material collects any loose thread. I feel like I should carry a lint brush with me. I have been purchasing Vera for many years either online or in a store. This is the 1st time I have been disappointed.

Sent this bag back within the hour of receiving it. Absolutely outrageous how expensive these bags are for such horrific quality fabric. fabric felt scratchy, rough and too thin to last 3 months of use. Im not interested in going green if it means lower quality at a higher price! Bring back the QUALITY PRODUCTS! Stop with the green nonsense!

I received an email my purse had shipped and received an email it had arrived but I never received it. I have filed a claim with the USPS because they apparently delivered it, although I though perhaps UPS or FedEx would deliver it.

It wasn't what i expected.

I was hoping for a Crossbody that had a quick change into a shoulder bag. I thought this would be the perfect one. However, the straps do not stay in place as a shoulder bag. I do not recommend this product.

Not what's pictured at all. Don't waste your money. Straps are horrible and cheaply made. If I had packaging I'd return it. Will not order again

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this bag and am actually embarrassed to use it and hide it in my quilted Vera Bradley tote or anybanother bag I am carrying at the time. Most times I hid it in my car. The bag is a lint magnet.

Loved the color. Material looks like quilt batting. Very cheap looking. Very disappointed in this bag.

Did not like the size

I loved this purse but after having it for only a week the zipper broke.

I did not like the purple pattern of the pansy; it did not transition very well from screen to real life.

Wasn't what I expected

Hate the material, it just grabs every lint near it and looks terrible. I have been a long-time costumer of Vera Bradley and this is the first time I have been unhappy with your product, starting out at $80.00 for this, I don't think so. You discounted it, but if this is going to be your regular material, I will be an X-customer.

I like the shape of the bag but the black color collects fuzz!!

Didn't like that the strap kept slipping. If I made the handle long, I had problems making it short again. One side of the strap will not stay back in the tab. The bag is cute but I've never had this much trouble with any V. B. Bag. Disappointed in this one.

I was so excited when I found this bag! I have been looking for something that would allow easy access to my phone because every time someone calls, by the time I dig through my purse and find my phone, the call has gone to voicemail. The bag is a great size. I was able to place my accordion wallet, keys, and a bottle of water in the main compartment without it looking too bulky. I put my earbuds in the pocket with the magnet flap and my phone in the slip pocket. When I walked into my first appointment for the day my bag was COVERED in lint from my sweater. I had the bag on for maybe three minutes. I spent the rest of the day in vain trying to get the blue sweater off my black bag. If you wear something with no lint, I think this would be a great bag. However if there is dust in the air, this fabric is going to collect it like a magnet. I am so bummed! From a functionality standpoint, this is an awesome bag. From a practicality standpoint, save your money. Awesome idea, wrong execution.

I like the purse all the room and pockets. I really do not like the fact that the material picks up every piece of fuss. I used it for about a week and I just don't like how it looks. I really would like to return it if possible.
