This is a good quality bag and I love the print, great colors for fall. However, it was bigger and bulkier than I expected. I also did not like the web strap. I prefer the strap to be the same cotton fabric as the bag. I ended up returning it and I ordered the triple zip hipster which has been my go to bag, in the same fabric.

I only had this bag for a couple of weeks and already have a tear along a seam . I usually love Vera Bradley products and I hope this is a one off. Will need to return or exchange

Love to color, but the body of the purse is very puffy, so it looks larger than it is. Also, I prefer crossover bags with easier ways to adjust the strap. How I carry the bag varies depending on where I am. A longer strap allows for greater variety.

Great style but this one was too flimsy for me. Not very sturdy and it collected sooo much lint. I unfortunately had to return. It's a shame because I loved all the compartments.

I have been trying to return this item (or exchange it) without success. I cannot print the return label and have asked for help without success as well. So frustrating and disappointing! What can someone do to help me?

It was larger than I expected so I returned the bag.

The only thing I don't like about this bag is that it shows every piece of fuzz, every piece if lint etc. I also can't figure out how to lengthen the strap. I'll eventually will it figure it out, but it's not as easy as you would think.

the bag is a great size, comfortable to hold, nice to look at, but the navy seems to attract dust and dirt... have to be brushing it off a lot

I have had a least 150 Vera Bradley bags. The quality of these new bags is horrible. It looks like a child made it. Very disappointing

Vera Bradley quality is going down. I ordered this cross body for a nice everyday casual bag. First off it came in a mail bag not a box and was mashed in and wrinkled. Next the quality was missing as it was floppy and did not look like my other Vera bags at all. This utility cotton was my first and last purchase. The bag has no structure. The best thing about the bag was the nicely padded shoulder strap. That is the only reason I gave it a 3 star. Other wise it is a 1 star in my book.

The strap is too short will send thus back for refund

The body of the purse was a bit larger than I expected but what I really didn't like is the strap - the padded strap is not comfortable to hold and the way you have to extend it is awkward plus being made of a different material. Very disappointing.

I did not realize it would be a magnet to every fuzz ball. Every hair or fuzzy material sticks to the side of the bag.

Loved the solid color and texture but t huh is material picks up every particle of dust or fabric from everything it touches. Impossible to keep looking neat.

I love the style but the fabric had a very noticeable black mark on the front. It is also very user friendly-very good compartments for whatever you carry. Always love Vera Bradley bags as they are so lightweight. Keeping it despite the mark on front.

I have many of Vera Bradley crossbody bags, which I like very much, but I was disappointed in this one. I did not like the handle on it. I was hard to adjust and the color was different then the rest of the bag. I should have sent it back, but I didn't, so I will donate it to the local charity.

It's ok - just wasn't ready for the puffy texture and the strap which doesn't match the fabric of the purse

I ordered this for the size. I use the outside pockets more, for wallet, phone, etc. The big inside, I use mostly for things not needed as often. It all seems a little to puffy within the fabric. I would prefer to have the fabric straps. All of this said, I bought my first VB bag in about 2002. It was a Villager style. It was perfect for me. I have purchased many through the last 20 years, each time a new pattern that I liked was introduced. I have shopped and bought other styles to try, but none were as perfect. PLEASE bring back the VILLAGER!!!!!!

I would prefer the strap to match the crossbody bag. I think the strap is difficult to adjust and slips off my shoulder if I don't want to cross it. I do like the zipper compartments.

...but it's a little bulky on the inside. While the outside is a perfect olive and the interior lining is pretty and a lovely compliment, it makes the overall back a bit bulkier than I anticipated. (I was hoping for the recycled cotton cross-body bag I purchased for the summer -- the Crossbody Sling Bag. The crossbody strap is a bit of a hassle to adjust, so I just leave mine long, but again, I was hoping that this bag would be as easy to adjust as the Crossbody Sling.

I love the style & size of the purse. I'd give that 5 stars. I would give the recycled cotton fabric 1 star, so I compromised on 3. The fabric is terrible because it picks up everything that it touches, especially every piece of lint & fuzz from whatever I am wearing. I will give the brand-new bag, used only a week, away to Good Will. What a waste of money! It doesn't matter how much I clean it off, it always looks terrible.

I received utility crossbody in recycled cotton. The feel of the material may actually be a tad softer than the regular. However, the lack of quilting made the material feel extra thick and bulky and amount the of space in the bag smaller. I actually can't put as much in as similar sized VB crossbody bags I own! ! I really like some of the extra organization pockets and slips in this bag. However, it really could use a pen slip or loop and a key strap. It's missing piping. While I didn't notice that at first, I am wondering if it will wear as well especially on the bottom as I continue to use it. I did like the quick release buckle but not sure it's useful on this style. All in all, I would not pay extra for recycled cotton and would expect a lower price with the lack of little details. A few minor changes would really increase my rating.
