Overall, I liked the Utility Crossbody in the new Recycled Cotton. It is the perfect size for me and had a great assortment of pockets. I liked the feel of the material and it seems more durable than cotton. I also loved the pretty printed lining. I liked the length, material, and adjustable clips on the strap. I liked that the Vera Bradley label is on the side and not a center nameplate. My dislikes of the bag were mainly regarding the lack of material texture. There is no quilting, so the plain black looked extremely basic and well, plain. It also seemed to attract lint and hair like a magnet. I think a plain color in this material should be quilted or textured. I also think the plain black would show any light color debris or makeup. I also did not like the hidden open pocket on the back because it is too narrow. I am afraid by putting in something and taking it out, that it would tear. Overall, I love this new style and would love to try it, but only in a pattern or a solid if it is quilted.

What I received was not as it was in the picture. The strap is not entirely fabric. When I lengthened the strap it is grey webbing. Very disappointing. I put it in the back of my closet. Maybe I will use it later.

I am sending this bag back because it is too big for me.

My least favorite VB Bag, ever.

I had high hopes for this bag, but was very disappointed. I love all my Vera Bradley's, except this one. It's bulky and awkward. It doesn't carry well like my other cross-body bags. The pockets are smaller than I expected. The material is rough. It's a disappointment.

I loved the color and print, but the bag was too big for my needs. I returned it.

Handle not my favorite. Prefer just cotton fabric.

I love the bag it's super cute and I love the all the pockets but, EVERYTHING sticks to it. I've only used it this bag for 2 days and I have to get the lint roller to get all the fuzzys and lint off

The bag's material is too thick and heavy. I will be returning it.

This bag collects lint and dirt which makes it look terrible. Even after washing it according to the instructions, it looks bad. There is also material that is loose around the main zipper. I'm disappointed in my purchase of this bag. The quality is not what I expect from Very Bradley.

But the bag wasn't what I thought it was. Going keep.

The bag is too thick and it picks up all of my cats hair. Hard to find things inside.

First the color is beautiful. The material is very soft. The back pocket is too deep and not wide enough to fit your hand. The bag needs more pockets and a couple inches in length and width. I bought as gift had to return.

This is an attractive bag, and a good size, but it's super thick. It feels padded and bulky - just odd. It's being returned.

Great guality however, the material of this purse is AWFUL!! It picks up fuzzy from everything!! I love the style but unfortunately you'll have to carry a lint brush with you everywhere you good.

I love the style of the bag itself. The problem is the strap. Anyone can walk up behind you and unbuckle it to steal it. There is 0 need to have this strap unbuckle in 2 locations. The strap is also much shorter than most VB bags making it more limited in crossbody use. I bought this for an upcoming trip but will not be using it for safety reasons. I would return it if I lived closer to a store.

Not only is the bag much smaller than it looks, but the material is awful. Every piece of anything that goes near it sticks to it. I'd have to use a lint brush on it everyday. I am very disappointed and will be returning it.

The bag is great size-but do not like the material-everything stick to it-worn it a week and looks old-wish you had in leather

This purse was too large for me.

Love the style & color of the purse. I do not like the shoulder strap. Fabric is different than the purse & looks cheap for the price paid. The strap design is much harder to quickly adjust than other crossbody bags that I have. I read about the strap in another review, but ordered anyway..big mistake.

Color was ok but the material looks like nothing I have seen from Vera Bradley, I am very disappointted, will return this Crossbody.

The compartments are great on this purse but that's really the only thing I like. When not even close to being full it fits funny and is uncomfortable. Also, I got black which for some reason collects stuff on it like pet hair super easy.
