Nice quality

On the Go keeps getting bigger, a trend I do not like. Inside there are now 2 slip pockets instead of 3. 3 was better, and now that the bag is bigger why have fewer pockets? I Hate the metal zipper on the outside pocket. It doesn't close all the way and it snags on things. I Do like that the outside zip pocket is larger than on previous versions. Overall however, I don't like it as well as I used to. I have over 20 of these and the older ones were better.

Love the badge, but the side zipper is awful. These zippers actually hurt you if your hand runs across them. I also think it distracts from the bag itself. You also took away the Vera Bradley leather patch. I wanted smooth, soft zippers on a bag. P,ease think about this.

Functional design, very usable. Love the fabric design but very disappointed that there is only a partial fox!

The very first Vera Bradley bag I owned was On The Go, which I loved. The new version I love even more because the outside end pockets are larger and hold sunglasses or iPhone now. I like the large outside zipper pocket as well, but the metal zipper is not my favorite; I would prefer a softer type that doesn't catch on everything (including my fingers at times)!!

I really like the pattern and the size of it. My phone fits into the side pocket nicely. The strap needs something to keep it where I put it. It constantly slides to the longest length.

On-The-Go is my favorite bag because of all the pockets, especially the convenience of having one on each end. They are perfect for glasses and phone. However, I do miss the third pocket inside that the previous design had, and I preferred the zippers on that version also because they were easier to zip. I'm not a fan of the new metal zippers.

I have 2 older Iconic On The Go Crossbody and love them. Large enough for my needs & I especially like the adjustable strap. My new one is just a bit disappointing as I much prefer the 2 outside pockets on the front of the bag. Being on the ends is a much more casual look and a little less feeling of security when I slip my phone into them. I'm also not a fan of the strap being a bit wider than on my older bags. This new bag will be fine for casual use, but I'll be looking for a new favorite style due to the recent changes.

It's durable

I am a big fan of Vera Breadley. I have been buying her bag before she sold her business. This is my first ICONIC ON THE GO CROSSBODY bag, which I really liked the new update, it would be so nice to add one more outside zipper pocket to another side of this bag. I hope Vrea Bradley design's group would consider about this suggestion of this bag. I would be purchase more of this bag.

Great size, great strap length for carrying on the shoulder or cross-body when traveling.

I like this purse and carry it often. The 2 small outside are great for keys. The adjustable straps are a real plus.

Perfect size for all the items I carry!

I love the color; I wear a lot of blue and lavender and purple so this is perfect. I've gotten a lot of comments on the bag from people in shops, restaurants, etc. I wish there were more external, zipped pockets. And I wish there was a firm bottom to the bag. I cut my own double strips of cardboard to give the bag some stability at the bottom.

Have had several of this style in the past and loved them. This new style not so much. Does not hold shape when on shoulder and too big (deep). Love my color. Wish it was like the older styles.

Wish there were a couple more inside pockets plus I have to have a bottle of water with me at all times and it doesn't fit inside the bag

This was a better value before you added iconic to the name and a little to the price. You also removed one inside pocket. I liked the old one better.

Just used it on vacation.Asked for gift-the fabric looks better from a distance than up close. The outside pockets are plenty big-I do not want to put a water bottle in them just car keys. New bottom is good I don't like messing with the cardboard. Water bouguet lives up to its name-it was soaked 3 times on the trip was OK. Iwent shopping and saw metal zippers on VB bags-I really don't like metal zippers they scratch and snag please go back to plastic

New owner has many of your purses and uses them often.

I would make the end pockets a little larger, can not fit my cell phone in them and I do not have a large phone.

I have downsized from larger and medium sized handbags to smaller ones. This crossbody holds Riley compact wallet, small cosmetic bag, coin purse and travel pill case plus other handbag essentials. I have been buying VB handbags and accessories since 2006 and probably own 40 bags plus accessories. The handbag quality has greatly decreased with the use of PVC inner lining instead of cotton, metal zippers instead of color coordinated zippers, plastic zipper pulls instead of pretty color coordinated VB fabric zipper pulls. Overall quality has decreased while pricing has continued to increase. All products are made in China not the USA to support our own economy. VB set themselves apart with quality handbags and accessories. Now I'm sad to say their bags look similar in quality to any other company. VB is losing a great customer base over these changes and decrease in quality. As I say, don't fix something that is not broke

The purse has had some minor changes that were not for the better. Previously the purse had 3 interior pockets, perfect for storing keys, pens and other items. Now there are only 2 pockets. The fabric on the ends of the purse are bulkier and not smooth looking. The gold outside zipper doesn't look as nice as a zipper on a coordinating color.

I prefer the small crossbody purses, but I wanted something larger for when I want to carry a paperback book and a water bottle. My folding cane also fits. I was disappointed that the pockets on the sides are too little and are totally unusable except for maybe a pen or some other very small item. My keys don't even fit. The snow lotus pattern is very pretty and otherwise I like the bag. I'm glad I got it at the outlet price.
