I like the purse overall. The space and different compartments, but the material is not what I expected. It is slicker than I thought it would be. Also it is showing dirt really fast. Seems like the material is picking up dirt easily. I've only had it a couple weeks and I feel like I need to wash it already. :( I'm wishing I'd gotten a different one. For that amount of money for it, I'm not in love with it.

The shoulder strap is too wide/heavy and bulky. Would prefer the strap to be similar to other hipster style bags. This one is very uncomfortable

Colors on the exterior fabric not as vibrant as in the online photo, disappointing.

Disappointed! Product is not up to Vera Bradley quality. I don't know if it is the recycled material, but, not like I'm used to. Will be returning.

I love the structure of the purse and have had my previous one for several years until it just wore out. Got this new one thinking it would be the same. The top zipper is very awkward to use. It is about an inch too long for the space and has been metal clamped off to fit. So that leaves a "tail" that either is in or out of the opening. I have trouble grabbing it to open or close. Sloppy workmanship. My previous one was perfect.

I love this style and have several but I always wanted a solid color so I bought the navy blue. Disappointed in this one. I wish I you had posted that the out side zipper to where the cards are stored does not zip all the way down like all my others. Hard to get into that pocket. My Vera Bradley label is not sewn on good and about to come off already.

I fell in love with the pattern and my friends who have this style like it. I was using a Baggallini and didn't need a wallet. I need a wallet so I have one but it is big and bulky and only fits in the largest section. Yes, it does fit in a smaller section but too hard to get out in a hurry. The other zippered areas are harder to access with this big wallet. I wish one of the zippered pockets, preferably the bottom one would have a credit card set up, a small change zippered area and I wouldn't need such a bulky addition. It does fit a 9.75 x 7.5 notebook in the biggest area which is great. Also, a smidge bigger width would help people with big wallets.

I like this style for ease and organization. I have one in quilted blue which I enjoy. However this one was not as bright as I had hoped and the fact that the plaids do not match up annoyed me. Sorry Vera, it has to go back! Back

This Hipster Crossbody is smaller than the one I have (several years old) so harder to get my items in and out. Also, arrived with a greasy spot on the lower front of the purse. It looks like machine grease. I didn't return it because I waited longer than I thought it would be and needed it.

Not the quality of my past purchases. Zipper doesn't function smoothly. Colors appear tad off. Will not buy on line again

It is not shaped quite like I thought it would be. My first purse was more curved at the bottom and a little wider. I though this purse would be the same. also, there are a lot of threads sticking out. I like the pattern and colors of the material.

Returned! Tail of zipper not sewn in, sticking up about an inch. I am happy with the new update to this purse, disappointed with zipper installation.

I was really disappointed with my purse. Even with careful reading the description and measurements I found it not to have the fullness I needed. It has all the compartments but each compartment doesn't hold much. It feels so tight. Even my billfold is too big for the main compartment. I probably should have returned it but I wanted it so much.

It is nice but from the video I thought it was wider like an actual messenger bag. But it is nice just way way smaller then I thought

It's well made but for a travel purse that I can squish into a backpack it was too big and heavy. I returned it and VB was greatvery easy.

Love it and love the organization but. It pick up fuzz, lint, hairs, dust like crazy. I feel like I need to carry a lint roller with me. I feel like people look and me like I am dirty.

Too deep to keep track of anything and not enough slip pockets. I will forever miss the Lil Mandy and regular Mandy that was my PERFECT purse.

This bag is great in size and function, however, the material is much like that of bed sheet type cotton feel. Which I realize this is a cotton crossbody, I just feel it's not a solid/stiff as I was hoping for. I wasn't expecting it to be quilt like just want expecting it to be so soft. The style is great, all the pockets are great just not the material I had expected.

Nice bag.Sadly, it was too big for my needs. I should have compared the dimensions to my current bag.

Too heavy

I wish the fabric was not recycled material. The design is nice but the fabric is not. The fabric quality went downhill when Vera Bradley went with recycled material.

Size/shape of purse are perfect. However, combination of fabric and dark color made it a dust magnet! Having said that, I got on an online chat session with Vera Bradley rep who said if I went to the nearest VB store (which she found for me) I could return or exchange even though I'd used it for a couple of days. Folks at store were wonderful and even honored the discount coupon I had when I made the online purchase. Overall...good experience, just get a light color or patterned fabric...stay away from dark blue or black.

I am wild about hedgehogs and this fabric design is lovely. But...the bag itself is too big to be a crossbody. Once I added my phone to the open back pocket - nicely convenient - the bag collapses into a lump when I put it around my neck. I bought it so I would have a safe bag when I travel that could hold a few more items. If you double the straps and wear it on your shoulder - no problem.
