I love the triple zip hipster crossbody style and treated myself to another winter themed one for a present. It came today & I agree with other posts, there's a subtle decline from years past. Maybe I just need to break it in. I expected a pocket missing from the blue style I was using that was an open pocket between the top and first zipper top front where I threw my keys and phone. Compared to a pink version I use in summer the hardware is cheap & minimal and barely fits a keychain hook like the VB ring did. The zipper pulls are plain not VB cuteness I expected. These little touches are what make it a nice item. This is just meh. But I'll keep it and remember next time it's a sale item. Tag says Made in Indonesia. More cost savings.

I returned this bag because it was too small.

As the title states, I love the solid color of my purse, Climbing Ivy Green. I have been searching for a good crossbody bag, and it is very convenient for hands free shopping. Sometimes though when the top is unzipped completely I must reach inside to coax the zipper to begin closing. The two side pockets are generous and I love those zip closures. Disappointed that the strap looks fused together and bubbles (wrinkles) are appearing the more I use the bag. Quality seems to be waning in most everything one buys. Not a bad buy on sale.

Nit happy with the material at all. It attracks dust & lint, the purse looks white. I need to bring my roller brush with me all the time. I need to return it.

The bag is beautiful, everything it was advertised to be. I am disappointed that there is no place for id cards. The pockets are too deep. Would have liked a pocket or two not so deep.

The purse is great but it doesn't look grey. Everyone who sees it thinks it's is light blue so it will be retired until spring. I am disappointed but can't afford another purse right now.

This is the first Vera Bradely purse I have ever purchased. Although I like the material, the zipper is very cheap and it was hard to close the purse without thinking the zipper would break or tear the fabric. I was very disappointed.

I like the style; however the only drawback is everything falls to the bottom of each section. This is inconvenient.

First, the color was not what I was expecting but is OK. I love the Triple Zip Hipster but not this one. It does not have the gusset in the bottom therefore making it very narrow at the bottom. The others I have purchased have the added piece in the bottom which makes it more useable. I will certainly be looking closer before purchasing!

You have changed the pockets inside and they're too small for the items I like to put in. I wish that you could restore it to the original triple zip hipster.

Very disappointed in my new Triple Zip Crossbody bag in Navy Bees. I carry crossbodies all the time to be hands free. I have a number of VB bags, but this one is lacking in the thickness of fabric, quality of lining fabric, sturdiness of zippers compared to my older models, which I love. Most aggravating is the way the (rather narrow and flimsy) strap is constructed, how it all connects to the strap ring on the left side of the bag. To make it a crossbody, the strap must extend left to right ACROSS THE TOP of the bag, causing it to bend in the middle, not laying flat on the hip. Uncomfortable, unsightly, and annoying to reach through the strap to unzip. Why???

Love the size and weight but the main top zipper is too flimsy. Does not hold up to daily wear & tear.

Bag is smaller than I thought. Quality is great. Just too small for me.

Purse was too deep

I donated this bag to my favorite charity thrift store because it is too small for all the stuff I carry.

This is a very nice bag & the fabric is beautiful. I ended up donating it to my favorite charity thrift store because the bag was just too small for all the stuff I like to carry. For example, a bottle of water will fit in this bag but it's a very snug fit. Also, there's not really room for a lunch or extra pair of shoes. --Suggest looking at the measurements in the product description before buying it. I did this but just underestimated the amount of room I need to get packed up for a day away from home.

much narrower than I would like

I was so disappointed when I received this purse. It is such a dark navy blue, that it actually looks black! Being microfiber, I also expected it to have a more silky texture. The final blow is that it is way too small for my use. However, there was nothing wrong with the quality of it.

Initially I was pleased with my bag, however I was disappointed to discover sharp staples on the backside of the main bag zipper

Not enough inside pockets

It wasn't what I thought I had ordered, nothing the company did wrong with my order. I thought I was ordering the smaller version of this crossbody. Other than that, everything was great with my order & came in a decent time frame
