I had this jacket for several years and have loved it. It's starting to show its wear so I was excited to buy a new one. The new one is absolute TRASH. It leaves fuzzies on literally everything. So annoying! I don't recommend it to anyone and wish they wouldn't have changed the way they make it. They also replaced the zippers with cheap material.

I would love this jacket except I haven't received it yet. This would be my second one

Work it 2-3 times and the material fell apart on the shoulder and next to the zipper. Poor quality for a high priced zip up. I contacted customer service and was told I should send it to the warranty department. I would be responsible for shipping. Easier for me to just see it up myself and forgo any future purchases from Northface

Gorgeous color & fabric. There is a inside band of fabric at hemline which restricts the stretchiness of the fabric, this made it too tight for me. Sadly, I had to return this jacket.

Bought this jacket for my wife for Christmas and the zipper broke the first time she wore it.

This was a very beautiful color coat ran too small. Returned this but was never given a refund

Bought an XL for my sis for Xmas last year and here I am again. The blue didn't fit so I returned it, it and she picked out the color wasabi instead. The first time she wore it while on vacation a few months the later she messaged to tell me is was shedding all overt the car and the belt so much so that they had to pull over to clean it off with tape. I must have gotten a defective one. So I will pick a diff color this time and if any issues I will contact the company
