Not a good fit for petite women. Wish they would jackets and tees true to their size. Sleeves were long. Pretty unique color.

Runs small

This jacket is so soft and comfy, but I didn't like the purple color. Looks like it's for a kid.

The jacket is extremely soft and makes you want to bundle in its warmth forever. But after owning mine for less than two weeks and only wearing it three times, the stitching came undone in multiple spots and I was told that I could send it in for warranty repair that will take 8-12 weeks. I bought this jacket for winter, I'm not going to want it back after the cold season is over. Great potential in the jacket but thoroughly disappointed with how this was handled.

I'm repeating what other reviewers state. If you have an older Osito jacket, hang onto it. The new(er) ones are different quality and design and not in a good way. The fleece isn't velvety fleece attracts static and sheds like crazy. The high / low hem is short in the front and longer in the back...front way too short. Sorry because my old ones are a bit old but the new ones are terrible.

I have several of these from past years, now I see they have ribbon zipper pulls instead of a plastic one with the NF logo. This is disappointing as it looks cheap. And the new colors are completely drab. Sad.

Product needs longer sleeves. My sleeves are too short on my jacket and it's a xxl.my need to look into that

I have 3 Osito Jackets, the navy blue one sheds like crazy. They asked me to return to the warranty factory to check it out, and why would I do that? They shouldn't be shedding?

I have 5 of these. They are great. Now, all of a sudden size medium has shoulders 1 inch tighter than the one I bought only 4 months ago. The size I have been buying for decades doesn't fit anymore and I am the exact same weight as I have been for years. Exasperating!

It was fuzzier than I liked & it didnt seem to offer more warmth

It just looks like something my younger cousin would wear. It was super soft though, not my style.

Returned immediately. Flyaways everywhere and zipper sucks. Got the yumiori instead and I love that one

I'm very disappointed with the changes to the Osito Jacket. It's too long now, and the bottom of the jacket is no longer adjustable. Would love to see the previous style jacket where the jacket is really a jacket instead of a tunic length, and the bottom is a adjustable.

It was love at first sight and I tried the jacket within minutes of its arrival. I was wearing black pants and a black top, looked in the mirror and it was the perfect fit. The moment I unzipped and took it off the smile on my face was gone. I was covered with fabric/fuzz of the jacket! If this had a lining I would have worn it to a business meeting the next day. Sadly, I returned it! If you make this again with a lining please let me know!

Bought 2 as I love these and own several. One had too snug wrist opening and second had very loose wrist opening. Nothing like the normal quality I've been used to.

The nice zipper tabs and pulls have been replaced by cheap BLACK ribbon pulls. These won't last long in the washer and dryer. They must have changed the picture since I ordered mine a few weeks ago. That's when the original pulls were pictured.

Ordered Meld grey and gardenia white. They both have BLACK zipper tabs and pulls. This looks ugly on these jackets. It is not how they appear on the website. They are grey and gardenia colors, as they should be, Very disappointed..

The large is TOO large :/ it didn't fit right, and the sleeves are way too long also I feel like if they had shorter length anrm options, it would really increase sales. The color is beautiful, but now I have a jacket I won't wear :/

Not as expected. Sheds onto clothes

Had this jacket before, however this time quality seems not the same as before, black lint/ color transfer to some other clothes.

So, I bought this jacket and I loved it!!! But 2 things happened the dye came off and it stained one of my bags blue and then I washed it and I think I put it in the dryer and it became rough.

Great fit and color. However leaves anc sheds fuzz on your clothes
