Love the color, style, and whole feel. However, it leaves fuzz on your current clothes, which is making me return it. Sad

As others have noted, the product changed over the past few years. I needed to go up a size and the current style is inconsistent, too snug across the chest, not as warm, fewer features such as a drawstring hip. I went with Canyonland style since it offers more stretch for activities such as hiking or just running errands. The old version Osito would be too hot for hiking so perhaps that's why it's different. .

Cozy, pretty color, logo should be a different color to offset. However, quality has really went down in the last 10 to 12 years. Hems are not thick quality and as much support as they used to be. It's now equipped with a thin elastic drawstring, instead of an actual hem in both the wrist and the waist area.

very comfy material, but sizing on the website not accurate, a little disappointed. and now this item is not even in stock in order to order another size:(

I bought this for a gift..I got a medium which is the size she wears . It runs SO small!! Of course they're sold out of the large so I'll be returning it and looking for something else. The measurements that they give are very inaccurate. Very misleading. I've bought these in the past and they were just fine..so I don't know if they changed them or what the problem is but it's very disappointing.

Read reviews trying to guess what size to buy. Normally I'd buy a large. But reviews all said fits small. So ordered xl and big mistake. HUGE! And now the hassle of returning plus got 10% off with my first online order and now I guess I lose that offer even though I need to reorder a smaller size.

I have worn north face fleece for many years and never had one that fits like this. The cuff on the sleeves doesn't have any stretch, it's tight all over, and if I zip it all the way up, it chokes me. I the new cut is horrible. I've always worn an XL and this XL is too tight in the chest (I have not gained any weight, if anything I've lost some). I wish you'd bring the old cut back.

I had the old version of this jacket for 15yrs; I loved it!! It looked brand new even after I basically lived in it. I was so excited to get a new one, so not only did I order one but I convinced my boyfriend how amazing they were, so I bought one for him too. We both are so dissapointed!! The "new fleece" is cheap, it's so flashy, and the quality is horrible. I'm wondering if bc the old ones lasted so long, the company decided to go cheaper with the entire jacket. I'm also seeing a lot of people making this same comment, thank you bc all I see are mostly 5 stars so I'm confused. I'm returning both of these, and if someone finds a quality jacket, like the old ones, please share. Northface I'm also seeing less of your jackets on people; you should always stand by your old customers; it might take a fall for you to figure that out.

This jacket is so soft and cozy and I was really looking forward to wearing it often this winter. Unfortunately, as with another Osito jacket I had, the jacket tore along a seam in the back after a day or two of wear. I think this is some kind of product defect, but the amount of effort and money needed to get through the warranty department to get it fixed or get a replacement was too much for me to do.

Never again

I tried it on the pocket zipper broke by unzipping it. The jacket is not comfortable like ild hope. The bottom part is tight and I'm afraid to zip up the jacket and the top is loose.

I had this jacket from a few years ago size medium. Got the same one and it's so much smaller . Very disappointing I took the tags off and am not able to return it :(

Very poor quality was eagerly waiting and tried it on as it arrived spoiled my shirt with wool returned immediately

Jacket sheds badly

This looks like bare skin. Retuned it. Looks different in the photo.

Fabric is shedding like crazy. The material isn't as good as I was expecting. Even on sale- I won't recommend it.

ZIPPERS CHANGED. BOUGHT THE MELD GRAY BUT THE ZIPPERS ARE BLACK. VERY CHEAP LOOKING, LIKE THEY RUN OUT OF ZIPPERS; NOT KNOTTED CORD LIKE BEFORE. CHANGED PHOTO & DESCRIPTION, IT'S MISLEADING.

The quality is awful. I’ve had this jacket for 10 years now and decided I needed a new one. Quality has gone way down. And there’s no cinching at the bottom so it flares out awkwardly. Very disappointed. I read other reviews that said the same thing but I had to see for myself. They were right. Returning.

I had this jacket for several years and have loved it. It's starting to show its wear so I was excited to buy a new one. The new one is absolute TRASH. It leaves fuzzies on literally everything. So annoying! I don't recommend it to anyone and wish they wouldn't have changed the way they make it. They also replaced the zippers with cheap material.

I would love this jacket except I haven't received it yet. This would be my second one

Work it 2-3 times and the material fell apart on the shoulder and next to the zipper. Poor quality for a high priced zip up. I contacted customer service and was told I should send it to the warranty department. I would be responsible for shipping. Easier for me to just see it up myself and forgo any future purchases from Northface
