This pant is a good fit, so much so that this is the 2nd pair I have ordered. However the fabric does not wear well. I did not notice the problem in the original pair so perhaps the vendor has changed. After wearing less than 2 months the fabric is "pilling" - looks like many small fuzzy balls andn I don't understand why as these pants are worn only inside the home and are not exposed to any abrasive surfaces. LL Bean says they will replace the pair so I will try the replacement and see if the replacement pair wears better. Not sure yet if I would recommend this product - time will tell.

I've been wearing the venture stretch for years and I love them. However, recently there was a fabric change and within a week I've seen pilling in the crotch and wear I carry my flashlight! Sure they're super comfortable and light, but the previous fabric held up so well! I'm very disappointed with this change. If you don't mind the look of a woolen sweater at all your wear points, go for them but the greater concern is that they're gonna wear thin fast.

I bought these in May, and sometime shortly after started noticing the fabric was pilling in the area where the legs come together. I have a second pair (ordered at the same time) seem to be holding up better. These pants are one of my favorites, but I can't imagine ordering more due to the hot or miss quality

The pants that were shipped to me were defective. The defect was obvious and should have been detected prior to shipment. I was seriously disappointed in the failure of quality control. LL Bean can and should do better.

These are the 'skinny jeans' of outdoor wear. Cut was unflattering and top access pockets were odd. Bought as an alternative to a prior style that was no longer offered... these did not work out.

I was expecting five-pocket jeans. I received polyester trail pants. I ordered 29 inch inseams for the trousers and I received pants that were 31 inch inseams. Not happy.

They were not 29 inches, more like 31 inches. Good looking color though.

I bought these pants in January 2024. I love the fit and comfort, but I hate how easily they wrinkle. I would not buy these again since they must be ironed after each wear and after washing.

Bought these pants 6 months ago. Liked them so much I bought three more pair. Unfortunately they are all falling apart. Seams coming undone. Thread failing. They'll cost a fortune to have them repaired. Not the quality I had come to expect from LL Bean.

I wear an inseam of 31". These are available in 30" or 32" only so I went with the 32". I wore them around the house mumbling to myself that they seemed "way too long." So I measured the inseam. Yup. 33". Back they went and I won't gamble on what a 30" might be.

By the end of the first day of wearing these pants, they were full of wrinkles across the upper portion of the pants. I returned them to the store.

I didn't read the description carefully enough. I thought I was ordering cotton cords and was surprised when the package arrived and the product is polyester. I don't d well with that fabrice. The pants fit well enough, just not the right fabric for me.

I ordered 4 pairs of these in different colors. The first 3 fit great. The last one was on back order and shipped out a few weeks later. Same exact size with a completely different fit. So sad.

I used the size chart and ordered the appropriate size. It was wrong and they came in too short. Don't believe the size chart that they have. Take it with a grain of salt. Trust the size that you think you are. Do not use the LLBean size chart.

Ended up returning for size. Although a wear a solid 36 waist, and ordered a 38 to be safe, I was unable to fasten the waist of these pants! Very disappointed in sizing!

These pants are very expensive to pill up as fast as they did. They looked good for the first few wears, but now look awful.

These are comfortable, soft, and lightweight. Good stretch. Unfortunately, the marketing language claims they are "abrasion-resistant" and good for a "day hike." In fact, the first blackberry bush you brush against will shred them so you can no longer wear them in public. But you also can't wear them on hikes because they get shredded. So you have pants you can't wear. For $99.

Just Waite these for the first time and noticed the seam is broken in the crutch area. Looks like a manufacturing issue.

The pants arrived a wrinkled mess. Even after washing and drying they remained extremely wrinkled. Not at all LL Bean quality.
