I had called customer service because my favorite jeans 1912, have been discontinued. The replacement is BeanFlex. I might add I am still wearing my 1912s but they are wearing thin. I ordered 10 M/T the exact size of the 1912s. Sigh , they did not fit and I just did not like the feel of the material

I have two other pairs of these exact jeans that I wear twice a week. The pair I just ordered fits completely differently. I can't even zip them up.

The sizing was way off on these. I have worn size 10 LLBean jeans for years. I bought my normal size and they were skin tight. Couldn't even zip them up. Had to return

My husband bought these for me for Christmas and specifically asked for a lower rise jean or a true mid-rise as I have a short torso. She brought him to these. I'm am an average Jane, not too curvy but not really straight either. These are only mid-rise if you have a long torso. They came up over my ribs and easily ran 1-1 1/2 sizes too small. I wear a 10 in EVERY other brand out there (Levis, Lee, Democracy, etc) but these I couldn't even close at all. the legs were fine, length was good but the hips, waist and so forth were way too high and too small. I bought my husband some pants too and guess what? They were all at least one size too small as well. We've been LLBean customers for years and he has had countless pants in this exact size and style and this is the first time we've ever encountered this. In reading reviews of many different items throughout the site, it appears that LL is really having severe quality control issues. It's a shame. We have always relied on LLB for quality, durability and longevity...not anymore. We returned these as well as his order. My advice is to go to a physical location and try things on. Otherwise, skip online shopping and believe the negative reviews.

I sent back two pairs of Favorite Fit jeans because they weren't the same fit or fabric that I've ordered in the past.

I really wanted to love these jeans. I typically always wear a size 6. With these I followed the tips to order a size up. I ordered an 8 and the waist was still too small.

I used the Size Chart. I have the other LLBean jeans called True Shape and True Fit. I held up these BeanFlex next to those and the waist was almost two inches smaller. Too tight in the waist. Returned.

I have worn a size 4 in LL Bean clothing for over 20 years. I have aged but not gained or lost more than 5 pounds in that time period. I first bought a pair of these exact pants in a size 4 two years ago and they fit perfectly then and now. I ordered a second pair in size 4 and when they arrived I found them to be more like a size two. Returned them for a size 6 and they are too small as well. I can squeeze into them but they feel like a compression garment. No thanks! Although I have not had to pay shipping either way because I used the LL Bean Mastercard, I sincerely object to the waste of time ordering, reordering, sending them back as well as to the wasted gasoline and other non renewable resources used to package and ship these. What is so difficult about getting a factory to cut and sew the same pants from the same pattern from one year to the next? Where are the LL Bean quality control people who should be making sure that clothing primarily bought and sold online, where the only place they can be tried on is at the customers home, is of consistent size and fit? Come on LL Bean! You can do better.

The sizes for LL Bean clothes is so hard to predict! I bought a pair of pants a couple months ago and they were too big so I returned them. So I thought I would try a pair of jeans the same size as the pants but skinny jeans. They were too small!! The sizes are too hard to predict and you can't expect consistent sizing! Plus I didn't get a refund when I returned the clothes!!!! I got a store credit!!! I don't want to buy more clothes! I want my money back!

Ordered up a size from my normal size in other brands, but couldn't get fabric together in order to zip.

Sorry to say I was so disappointed with these jeans. I hoped they were like the Comfort Knit jeans I bought years ago. I loved those jeans! Bought 4 of them and still have them but wanted some new ones. Didn't like the fabric or fit. Sent them back sadly.

I'm a size 4. I have a small waist but these are uncomfortably tight. These fit more like a relaxed skinny as they are snug everywhere but relaxed at the knee. They're also higher than mid rise. The fabric is soft, though not as comfortable as other companies with less than 70% cotton. The cut and size are so off. There's something very odd about these. I'd say you need to size up and have a small waist if you want to take a shot. So disappointed.

I usually buy XS clothes from LLBean, I ordered a 4 since several comments said the jeans run small, they run really small and the waist is really tight. I had to send them back. If I were to reorder them I would go 2 sizes up. I guess if you are a very thin teenager theses jeans will fit, but if you are the average American woman order a size or two up.

I am a solid size 4 in every brand of pants I own. I purchased a size 6 based on several reviews. They don't come close to fully zipping and totally unable to button. I've sewn professionally for many years and know the smallest mistake in cutting or sewing a seam can change the size of the finished garment. You may want to see what's happening at the factory.

I found these jeans stretch out considerably and I should have bought a size smaller

The waist was so small and tight. I NEVER had a pair of pants fit the way that these fit. I had to send them back a second time.

These jeans fit like leggings. I could hardly zip them, and they were very tight and uncomfortable. I had to return them. I had ordered size 4 (my usual size in jeans).

I have worn 1912 jeans for years, now they seem to have been made redundant. I thought these might be a reasonable replacement in favorite fit .Ordered size larger than usual and they seemed to be more of a skinny leg jean and the amount of Tencel made them feel greasy . Returned. Good thing I still have a few pairs of 1912 stashed away.

Used the LL Bean True Fit to get an accurate size and it was so wrong. Pants were the right length and that was the area I had the most concern about ordering. The waist was far too small, most of my pants are a size 4 and that was what true fit recommended and they didn't even meet never mind button.

These are made of 22% of plastic feeling fabric. Feels like a scuba wet suit. Yuck! I accidentally ordered thinking it would be like my favorite fit lined jeans which are 99% cotton

Be warned the sizing of the same exact pair of jeans you ordered previously, and that you were so pleased with, could be wildly different when you order another pair. That's what happened to me. A new pair of jeans in the exact same size and style I ordered and loved and STILL WEAR we're so much smaller that I couldn't get anywhere near closing, much less zipping. Returning them!

I returned it because for the price I don't expect flaws in the material that can rip open later.
