fabric good quality. Fit is too high and tight around neck. My hubby likes loose at neckline. Hates turtlenecks too.

Love to wear these, feel so good on, however they are not stain resistant more like resistant to removing stains. I can get tomato sauce out of white cotton shirts but not from my blue Beans tee. Will not buy again, my very first problem with a Beans product in 50 yrs.

This is the hottest cotton t-shirt I have ever worn (and I am a senior citizen so have owned plenty). The shirt doesn't breath and retains heat and sweat until you are very uncomfortable. They are treated with something to make them stain resistant; when out in a light rain, the shirt doesn't get wet - water just beads up on it. On a humid, hot day I cannot wear this shirt. I own 3 and all are the same. However, the fabric is soft, doesn't shrink and fits well. I am disappointed that I can't wear them more - they are great in 75 degrees and low humidity or indoors in an air conditioned room. Therefore, I cannot recommend.

I cannot overstate how comically this shirt fits. The sleeves and waist are massive -- meant for a 250-pound person. It goes halfway down my thighs. The fabric is amazing, so I want to like it, but a size L fits me (6-1, 190) like a dress -- and that after trying to shrink it in the laundry... Not sure what is going on at LL Bean, because I have work a size L here and everywhere else for the past 30 years, but the current sizing (based on this and other shirts) is way off.

I only buy Tees with pockets. They're convenient for carrying cell phones or sunglasses. These Tees that I bought most recently have pockets that are too shallow. It took me a while to figure out the problem after bending over and dumping my cell phone on the ground a few times (and another time, sun glasses). I pulled out some old Tees from other brands that I used successfully without losing things. So it was the depth of the pocket. I recommend consumers buy the LL Bean Tee without pockets. The Tee is otherwise a superior garment. The fabric, fit and cut are all what we expect from LLBean...superior.

The fit and material is great. The collar has become "scalloped" so it has become useless for the reason purchased (to wear to work under scrubs).

I have been buying these t-shirts for years. Always came out of the wash and dryer wrinkle free. These last t's I bought are terrible for wrinkles. Had to be ironed to make presentable. Something changed. Also they fit a little more snug than earlier purhases. Neck a little tighter.

I guess I am very picky when it comes to the softness of cotton t-shirts but these feel scratchy after the first half-hour or so. So, I don't wear them. I love most of the clothes I've bought from LLB for the most part- the polos, the dress shirts, etc. but I was really unhappy with these t-shirts. I guess I should have bought the organic cotton shirts or something different.

This is a very nice t-shirt but unwearable in hot weather. After a brisk walk on a hot day or any kind of workout I am soaked. It feels like I am wearing a plastic bag. it does not soak up sweat to evaporate and cool your body. Instead sweat just seems to cling to the inside of the shirt making it very hot and uncomfortable even when temps are low 80's

Fabric became wrinkled and no longer soft after one washing. Is not the same product of several years ago. Will go to another company.. Go back to what you were doing several years ago.

Disappointed to report that all of the few tees, as well as the few Henleys, I own have all shrunk! Blown! Even bought one to ensure the size was good before buying additional on the assumption they were unshrinkable - where'd I get that idea from? What's more is I didn't buy tall - now I know I should have - because the few Double L Polos I own are Tall and are like a skirt on me. So now my LL BEAN wardrobe consists of skirts and belly shirts. Not very becoming to someone with my figure. If you're 6 foot or taller, buy Tall size so that when you bend down your shirt doesn't hike halfway up your back.

I did buy quite a few of these unshrinkable t shirts over a few years. Don't shrink, but the neck band becomes loose after a year's wear . I switched to another brand & after 3 years no neck band problem & no shrinkage.

poor merchandising, nothing in the beige, tan, taupe, family. but three colors that look almost the same (ocean teal, clove, and arctic blue) i would buy many more if you had the earth tones , that's mostly what i wear.

So the quality and fit of the T-shirt is good, however, I don't see how these are 100% cotton. They don't seem to breathe, are extremely hot when you are active and do not wick up any moisture. They also seem to have some kind of elasticity that feels like a synthetic fabric. 100% cotton T shirts feel very different and become your favorite shirt to wear as they age and are washed. I ordered 4 of these and will be returning all 4.

LL Bean products are usually great and worth the money. I was looking for an "old school" tee shirt to work out in. There is something in the finish or weave that makes this shirt not absorbent and not very good as workout wear. I bought 5 of these and they all have this problem, although the white somewhat less than the gray. They might be fine for most for everyday wear. I also thought the price was high.

I have bought LL Bean tees for decades in preference to other brands. The ones that I have bought over the past 10 years, maybe longer, have all quickly (a year or less) had the collar stretch out of shape. They end up looking cheap. I have never had another brand do this, even cheap ones given as gifts. Otherwise, my shirts are as good as ever. I just wish the collars were as good as they once were.

I have worn the unshrinkable T shirts for many years, but they have changed. One, you no longer have the slim fit in this shirt which was perfect for me. So, for this recent order, I tried a Small. It was too small and I exchanged it for a Medium. This is too large. Huge difference between the Small and Medium. The Medium is loose all over and is very long. I think there is a pattern problem with your Vietnam supplier. PLEASE offer the Slim Fit once again.

I purchased the light grey tall, xxl unshrinkable t shirt. As a long time customer, I choose the "tall" size because I need the length to fit my long torso. Unfortunately , this shirt fit like a BOX. Wide and short. I don't return my purchases because it's usually more of a hassle than I have time for. So my choice will have to be to buy somewhere else next time.

I read so many good reviews of this T shirt I bought 5 of them on sale, the color was being discontinued. I thought this would be a great shirt for hard work during hot weather. I quickly realized that the product they used to block stains worked very well, It also prevented the shirt from absorbing sweat and blocked air from passing through. The sweat rolls down your torso and collects at your belt line, very uncomfortable! I found the t shirt very hot and uncomfortable to wear. If you deleted the stain blocker and let the cotton absorb and breath I would buy 10 more.

I've worn these shirts for decades due to excellent performance. Today I wore one recently purchased while doing landscaping in very humid weather. It didn't absorb sweat- the sweat just clung to my skin. Very unpleasant. Would have thought I was wearing polyester. I bought three and now have worn two. I might return the one I haven't worn yet.
