They are too hot for the summer, they do not breathe. Dry on the outside, soaking wet next to your skin .You cannot do any kind of exertion wearing these shirts

I've purchased a number of these T-Shirts over the years, usually 5 or 6 at a time. This batch just wasn't up to your usual high standards. In fact, I'm always so pleased with your products, I don't even keep the return paperwork or packaging, because I have never felt it necessary to return anything. I don't know if your supplier has changed, or your QC standards have slipped. Regardless, If I had the opportunity to return one of them, I would. Sorry, just not what I expected.

I was excited to get four of these t-shirts. The colors look fantastic and the quality of the shirt itself is wonderful. Unfortunately, the sizing is rather bizarre. I ordered Mediums and they were the same size as other brands' Large t-shirts! I exchanged for smalls but those were...actually "Small". It appears there is no actual LL Bean medium now, which is disappointing.
Two stars for great colors and quality. But the sizing issue is really depressing. Had to return them for a refund and pay twice to restock. It happens.

The shirt was much bigger than I anticipated. I normally wear an Xxl but lost some weight and so I purchased a XL and it is like a tent. Not a fan.

Totally love, love, love this color. I call it Summer Breeze. I studied the True to Size and went with a medium size. Sadly, it's a bit too big. However, it is incredibly soft and comfortable, but short sleeves a bit long. Still very comfortable and sadly for me, it really doesn't shrink, which is how it's supposed to be.

I bought one of these T-shirts about 3 years ago and liked it very much, so I purchased a new one. Unfortunately, the quality of these shirts has tanked. The material is great, but it's now cut like a circus tent and the left and right side seems are not lined up, so the fit is asymmetrical. Fine for selling as a poorly made factory second, but not the first-class product LL Bean use to sell.

Material is much too heavy for a tee-shirt. It feels thick and too heavy for warmer weather.

Color in picture looks like yellow. Actual is much darker. If looking for yellow, do not purchase.

The T-shirts were of excellent quality, but they were too tight around the neck. They would have been much better with a traditional V-neck and a looser fit. I trimmed my shirt so that it was V-necked and opened up the back so that they felt comfortable. L.L.Bean should produce a V-necked shirt with looser fit in white color and if they did they should sell like hot cakes.

Not really true to size; Wear medium in other Ts; Med is too generous; Ordered small; Small not much difference except at shoulders; But still too generous. Arrived White but after washing, yellowed; Visible difference btw the White outta pkg, and after washing; Compared to my White shorts; Definitely not White.

I ordered one t-shirt to verify sizing and it fit perfectly. I ordered two additional t-shirts, exact same style, exact same size and they were both too short. They were two inches shorter than the first t-shirt I ordered. Very disappointed.

Good LL Bean quality. The shirt fits well and will last a long time. However, I believe there is a treatment to make it unshrinkable, wrinkle, stain repellent. The treatment makes the shirt entirely unbreathable. In warm weather it seems to trap moisture against the skin. While cotton is not supposed to be a wicking fiber, it should still absorb some moisture. So I would recommend for cooler and drier conditions but not for warm, humid climates.

I try to buy Tall shirts so as to prevent my them from pulling out of my pants. This Medium Tall tee shirt should have been labeled as Large Tall or an XL. It's humungous!

I just recently took out a seldom worn Carefree T-shirt I own and noticed how much the neck had puckered and decided not to wear it. The term "bacon neck" applies perfectly here as I've learned, which is when I noticed that two others of my Carefree tees have the same issue with a third 'turning'. It seems that my oldest tees don't have this problem so it's apparently a relatively new issue. These shirts are all in very good condition otherwise so all I can do at this time is to warn others of what they might expect. All of my tees were bought at a local outlet store if that matters.

I ordered this shirt for my husband but we sent it back due to the poor fit. He normally wears a size small and that's what I ordered. This shirt was too tight through the chest and yet at the same time, too big in the shoulders. I know when he can't stop twitching around in a new shirt, I might as well return it. I had to agree with him that it just looked awkward, which is a shame because he loved the gold color!

This shirt feels like it is on backwards and I was way to wide for a large. Looked bad. It also shrunk first wash so do not believe the title.

This brand new tee shirt feels old, worn out, and shapeless. My husband has loved your tee shirts, and we are both very disappointed in the quality of this shirt. The tee shirts that we purchased before like this had a nice shape and nice fabric and lasted a long time. I will be surprised if this last thru the summer.

Everything but the neck band is fine. The neck construction barely makes it a year before it is stretched and wrinkled. I never over dried the garment and am very careful handling it to prevent stretching. If this was a $7.00 t-shirt, this might be acceptable. But for the price, I would expect more. As much as LL Bean would like me to buy a new set of t-shirts every year, I cannot and do not recommend this product.

Don't let the photos fool you, this shirt gives you absolutely no neck play at all, it's like being gently strangled. I don't have a thick neck either, pretty average, so I'm assuming this is the way the shirt is styled. Not my style at all, not a good fit, I like some room to move, maybe even a v-neck would be nice (I don't see any v-necks at all here). Bummer too, for the price I paid I expected a more modern fit.

Gray fabric seems to have some synthetic content making it noticeably less comfortable than the black-colored shirts (of which I have many). And the fit around the neck is different, too. Although I love the black unshrinkable tee, the gray ones were a mistake.
Disappointed,
