It's a great jacket. I just recently purchased a second one and will be purchasing my third - the insulated Anorak. The fit allows you to layer it over a sweater and still have enough room to move around comfortably. It serves me as a wind breaker and rain jacket.

Great piece of gear, a nylon shell for layering, windstopper, sheds light rain and mists, highly breathable, not loud or slippery like nylon often is. The critically important feature is a pass through tunnel behind the kangaroo zip pocket which allows joining hands for warmth around the campfire or when taking a break on the Ouchita Trail or the Ozark Highlands Trail. Used a prior version for years with exceptional results.

So far, so good. Appears to be just like the old one. Great to have along for any kind of travel or active outdoor work or play.

Lightweight and overall good jacket. Would buy again and recommend.

I absolutely love my new anorak! It is perfect in many ways. It fits perfectly, not too loose, not too long, light weight and looks great! As soon as I finish typing this I'm ordering another color!

A great lightweight anorak windbreaker. The elestic cuffs and waist drawstring helps keep the fit right and drafts at bay. Definitely a useable jacket for cool windy days. Great for beach wear!

This the classic, stylish anorak that just works. Super lightweight but durable, stows easily,it gives me the coverage I need in south florida. Stops the wind 100%. It runs a little small, so go up a size. I like it so much I also got the insulated version as well.

I have loved this jacket for 4 years now, it is a great all around anorak. Not one rip or tear in the durable but light weight material and I have put the coat through the ringer while fishing, hiking, hundreds of miles running etc. i reach for this cost more than any other until winter weather comes around. Would recommend 100x over, tons of compliments every time I have it on too.

Very comfortable and easy to throw on for a morning walk or bike ride. Really enjoy having large front pockets along with a zipper pocket. Well constructed!

Great, lightweight jacket with lots of storage. Use it at work and for hiking often with no wear and tear or unwanted leaks!

Tried and true. Husband has 1st one from 80s, purchased another in early 2000s, sadly recently lost that one, so this one replaces it.

I'm big. And Tall, more tall than big. I love wearing this most of the mild winter here. I lost my old one and bought this same one because it is the best anorak I've had in years.

I have looked at this anorak on the L.L. Bean website and in the L. L. Bean catalog for sometime. I'm very pleased with the purchase and look forward to wearing it this coming Fall, Winter and early Spring. It might be a little too warm for our Texas Summers. I've tried it on with a light weight insulated jacket and the anorak has enough room to accommodate it for cooler weather.

Does more than keep me dry. Windproof and lightweight it provides extra warmth and protection when the sun goes down even when it's not raining.
