This jacket is stylish, nice fit, comfortable, sturdy zipper.

I'm very happy with it and get compliments on it. Be aware the inside is not a flannel material even though it looks like it is. I was initially disappointed by that and how lightweight it was, but it's surprisingly warm despite not being heavy.

I love the jacket! It fits perfect. I was concerned about the size and the sleeves based on other reviews, but it fits as I would like it to. I am 5'4 approx 128, and I ordered a size Medium. I usually wear a size 6 or 8. I can wear layers underneath it, including a hoodie, so if you want it to fit tighter, order smaller ( I don't want it to fit that way, plus there a little buckles in the back that can adjusted and make it a little tighter). The sleeves are fine in length, however if they were long you could cuff the sleeves and the inside plaid pattern would show and it would look nice and as of it was supposed to be that way. I have only had it a few weeks but have worn it every weekend to the lacrosse fields and hockey rink and have received several compliments.

My husband bought this for me for my birthday. It's a stylish and nice fit. I like that it's not too heavy but yet keeps me warm enough. I live in upstate New York, I won't wear this in the dead of Winter but all the other seasons I will. The inside is very soft. The jacket is slimming on. You won't regret paying the price if you add this to your collection of jackets.

His jacket fits me like a dream! I love the fact that you can turn back the Cuffs because on other jackets that are similar, this is not always possible. I love how light it is! Not bulky or heavy.

This jacket is surprisingly warm, but keep in mind it's meant for early to mid fall weather. It offers protection from wind and insulates very well. That said, I began to feel the cold when it was colder than 45 degrees and windy. So while you will need a heavier coat if you're braving New England winters, this is the perfect mid level coat to get you from early fall to early winter temperatures. Plus it's also very flattering and stylish; I've gotten multiple compliments on it and it goes with most outfit combinations.

Love this jacket! Very comfortable. Jacket is slightly fitted. Only complaint I have is with the zipper. It is hard to line up to get started.

I bought this jacket for layering with a sweater and scarf when it's not too cold outside. I am 5'3" 112lbs. and bought the small regular in navy; I really like this jacket! Very smart looking and although the sleeves are a bit long I rolled them back like a cuff and the plaid lining acts as an accent cuff. The taffeta lining is great and the feel of the jacket is soft and very comfortable. I'm very pleased with this purchase and would recommend anyone to try it.

Very stylish while keeping me warm. Not too bulky. The lines are sliming yet the fit is not too confining. This is warm enough for winter wear in NC.

I wear size medium tops (12 to 14 depending on style etc). I don't like tight coats so I always go XL. This jacket is not stiff like some quilteds. I can't say enough good about the thing. Quality galore! Thank you LL Bean. At $159. it sounds expensive but hey...you get what you pay for. I have been looking for years. Love this jacket! Perfect jacket for outdoor activities in the Fall, such as pick up or drop off time at school. Wished it had a scarf that matched the liner with it.

I've been wearing this jacket for 2 weeks now and it's perfect for chilly fall weather. I love the simple style, length, pockets, trims, 2-way zip plus snaps. I'm especially happy with the bronze-gold color.

Timeless lines, class and function ; well-made and good-looking jacket

This is my second one! I also have it in black which has become my go-to autumn jacket. The only complaint I have is that the sleeves are a little bit too long, but since the lining is such a nice plaid I just turn them up and it looks really nice.

I absolutely love this jacket. It's just as nice as my Barbour which is a similar style, but I may like this one even better since it's a bit sleeker in fit. It has snaps in the back so you can nip it in a tad for a sleeker fit. I love the pockets which have a soft and warm lining. It's casual but can work with dressier clothes, as well. Just very pleased with it and will likely purchase another in a different color.

I have only had this jacket for a couple of weeks, but I automatically reach for it every time. It is all purpose. It looks and feels good layered with either a light shirt or a warm sweater. The classic styling and colors blend with just about any casual outfit. It has already proven to be durable in rain storms and roughhousing with the dogs. I consider this to be a great buy.

Very comfortable in cold conditions. I suggest wearing layers as it can have that cold sleeping bag feel against bare skin. Overall it is warm and wind resistant.

Just what I was looking for - a jacket that is a stop up from a casual puffer coat. The perfect weight for Fall and running errands. Nice cord trim on collar and zipper. the only improvement I would have liked is zippers on the pockets.

I purchased this jacket in off white. Perfect for summer nights on the beach up north as well as year round boating in the south. Great packable vacation jacket.

This is a classic, practical, and comfortable jacket! I bought it in the navy color, but am considering springing for it black as well. It is reasonably warm, and can be worn over a sweater. I appreciate the adjuster tabs in back, to allow for some shaping at the waist.
