This jacket was a no hitter! The size was nothing like it said,it was suppose to have been loose fitting, and it was fitted , so it was too small and I Believe it was washed and returned, and they sent it to me! I'd like the green color, next size was unavailable & was returned . Very disappointed in the quality and the sizing

Made from trash bottles. Treated with many chemicals to break plastic bottles down. Very disappointing LLBean would sell such an item. It is only noted on the inside tag!

I paid for expedited shipping and have not received it yet.

I ordered two of these because I like them so much unfortunately the return I sent in in November still has not been refunded and after multiple attempts at contacting customer service I still have not received help or an answer or a refund, looks like LL bean just lost a customer

I was very disappointed to read the label inside the jacket that it is made with recycled plastic bottles and made with many chemicals. This is toxic to humans so the jacket will be going back.

It is way too boxy and not flattering at all. It's too short. I got the soapstone and I look like a sheep. It's also not at all soft.

The color is terrible, supposed to be "purple", looks like it's been dragged in dirt. Sherpa fleece is matted.

I had bought this as a gift. It wasn't soft.it was stiff! I returned it. Poor quality for LL Bean.

Terrible quality, really fake, cheap feeling "sherpa. I feel duped! The only reason I kept it is because I needed something green to wear to to a football game with the green color. If you have the option, spend way less. The sizing is odd because the cut is so unflattering with a 45 degree angle front seam widening the chest and removing any sense of waist from the middle. I ordered an XL according to the chart but it was really weird fitting and the sleeves were so short. I ended up ordering the largest size to diffuse the terrible patterning but the sleeves were still short. Wish I didn't pay so much for the lowest of fast fashion type of feel.

It's not the beautiful vibrant eggplant color shown in the LLBean catalogue but rather a grayed out dull version of the eggplant color. I just could not wear it. Sent it back.

The online picture of the green choice did not come close to the shockingly bright jacket I received. "Tacky" is not an adjective I ever associate with LLBean. This tacky green colored fleece will at least keep me from being a target during hunting season.

I bought this jacket 2 years ago and it is the worst jacket I've ever bought. I thought all the shedding fuzzies was a fluke but after several washes and drying I'm still getting orange fuzzies everywhere. They stick to clothes, seat belts, etc.

I wasn't happy and returned it. Didn't like how it looked on me.

I received this jacket for Christmas, have only worn it a handful of times, and there is already a hole in the seam on the shoulder that is pretty obvious. It was not a rip, the seam just fell apart. Awful quality for their high prices.

I was so excited for the soapstone fleece to arrived. I expected a cream color and the perfect jacket for transitioning seasons. What I got was a dirty water grayish jacket that fit more like a cardigan than something you could layer under. The pictures are deceiving and reality disappointing. On the bright side, the woman in the customer service department who helped me when the return was delightful- so at least that quality has not gone down hill. So bummed!

It didn't fit my body shape. Need petite plus sizes

So incredibly short and the material just felt awful. Very scratchy & uncomfortable. I couldn't wait for this to arrive but I just didn't like it at all in person.

Unfortunately it did not fit properly and fit very boxy

I ordered a cream colored Sherpa jacket for my daughter that had pretty blue trim. What I opened it, it looked like it had been washed in dirty water, very grayish brown in color and the contrasting material was also grey. It was to be her special Christmas gift that I was most excited about. Do not order this!

I was disappointed in the overall quality. The fleece was not very thick. Had to return it. I'm usually very happy with the quality of your clothing.

Love the style, but upset it was made with recycled polyester plastic which, when recycled, become even more toxic with the plastic chemical absorbed by the skin.

I have three of these jackets, soapstone, blue, and green. They were great until....I made the mistake of washing the soapstone one--in cold water, no dryer. It shrunk like crazy, so much so that I could not button it up with a layer underneath. Very disappointing. Now I'm afraid to wash the other two.

I was so excited to order the Sherpa fleece jacket for my daughter in Soapstone for Christmas. I opened it today and it does not look as pictured.I expected it to be a light color with light blue trim. It is a dirty creamy grey color, and the contrasting color is grey, not light blue. It looks like it's been washed in dirty water! It's going back.
