Washed fleece according to directions air dried. Fleece shrunk over one whole size. Great jacket if you don't clean it.

While this jacket looks amazing in the pictures, I didn't like it in person. It looked too much like an old sheepskin rug. Stitching, size and fit, warmth all great. Just didn't like the look of it.

The jacket I ordered was purple but it was faded looking, and material was not very good quality. Looked better online.

I returned this jacket because I didn't like the fabric. It didn't look like the fabric in the picture and it was difficult to snap.

This jacket was so small, I couldn't believe it. Plus the color was really dull

I returned it because it was just way too big and bulky

I purchased this at the end of last winter season. Love the look of it and it is cozy and warm for mildly chilly days. I only wore it 3-4 times last season. I took it out to wear it this season and first time I wore it, I went to snap lower snap and it fell right off! I am a long-time LL.Bean customer and sadly, the quality of L.L. Bean is not what it used to be. Regrettably they also no longer have the "lifetime guarantee" so I do not think I can send this jacket back for repair. For the price, I'd like it to not be falling apart after < 5 uses.

Great looking jacket but narrow shoulders, wide in the body. Seemed designed for an overweight person and I'm average so I had to send it back.

This arrived today. Stiff, boxy and bulky! Heading back in the morning. I do love the color

I had forgotten how great zippers are! Snaps? Not for me. I seem to recall that the sleeves were way too long for me too. This is a frequent problem for me. Beautiful color and fabric!

I was expecting that this jacket would be made from a nice, soft and fluffy fleece. Unfortunately no. The material was rough and unpleasant. I returned it.

I waited a long time for this jacket to go on sale. I have a fleece jacket from LL Bean in a size PM that fits me well. I ordered the same size for this jacket. The jacket was a lovely green color. It was very short, had it uncomfortable lining, and was too small. I ended up returning it. I did not reorder in another size. I did not like the fit.

Disappointing. It felt stiff and it was too big in all of the wrong places.

I returned this jacket. I was so excited for my Kelly green fleece. It's not a soft fluffy fleece but rather a dry itchy style. There's also a liner in the jacket that makes it even less cozy. It's also got a short cut to the jacket and just isn't flattering.

I purchased this little goodie because of the commercial on TV....unfortunately, it's quite short falling too high at the waist. I guess I'll have to wear it since I lost the receipt and the packaging. No indication that it was so short. Oh well.....

I bought a size larger than I expected to need because I wanted a slouchy fit. I tried it on over a tee shirt and it was tight in the shoulders and upper arms. I think this is mostly because the sleeves are lined with a woven fabric which does not stretch like the fleece. Without any stretch in the lining, the upper arms and armholes have no give and are stiff and tight. The whole jacket was heavier and bulkier than I expected. I will probably return it, although I will have to pay return shipping. The only plus is the outer fabric is a nice color.

Super excited to purchase this for my daughter's upcoming trip to Colorado. I purchased the Soapstone for Christmas. I received it today and it does not look as pictured. I expected it to be a light color with light blue trim. It is a dirty creamy greyish color, and the contrasting color is grey, not blue. The main body of the jacket looks the dirty water in your washing machine. REALLY disappointed.

The white color shown online is not the same as what the jacket looks like in person. The white shade looks dirty in person. I am returning my jacket.

The fit was not flattering. Kind of bulky and boxy. Returned.

Not exactly what I thought. Didn't care for unlined sleeves, wanted more warmth.

Comfortable, but the collar is too high. Color is nice.Not as flattering as I thought it would be.

I bought a small because that is my normal size, it fit length and torso but the arms were too tight when I bent them and the sleeves were just too short.

The fleece felt gross. Kind of crunchy and she'd like crazy right out of the box. The cut is cute and very modern, but it felt so yuck that it was promptly returned.

HOWEVER: It is definitely not what I expected as an LLBean jacket product. (I have nearly every zip front fleece you've offered over the decades I've been a customer.) The snap front is difficult to close and allows the cold to get inside; the snap pockets are useless--they're impossible to open and close and certainly not safe to keep anything valuable in. Zippers, like all your other fleece styles, would have been more sensible closures. Plus, there are NO inside pockets of any kind. This is a lame "fashion" piece rather than something to wear outside for cold weather activities. I am petite and like the poofy comfort but the sleeves are way too long for a petite. I guess I should have known better when I saw the snaps...

I wanted to love this. Fit, style, color (antique brown) were perfect. But it's just not warm enough. I'm not even sure it's warmer than my fleece lined cotton sweatshirt. I live in SoCal and wanted a warm fleece for chilly days and evenings with a long sleeve underneath, but only to 40ish degrees. Just a bummer, now coughing up double the money for a different fleece. Womp.
