This coat style wise is on point, it looks and feels great on me. However, the neckline is just too low for me and any time there's wind, which in CO there's lots, I just regret grabbing this coat from my closet instead of another one. A scarf would solve this issue for many, but I wanted a nice easy coat, not one that I had to use other articles of clothing to solve issues it had. Also, it's just not warm enough. I'm so disappointed in this coat. Better neckline and increased warmth factor and it would have been a 10/10.

LL Bean, I'm a longtime fan and customer. This jacket is cute and a good solution for those of us New Englanders who want to add a little fun to our long dark winters. I tried this jacket on and liked it but it's not made for tall women so didn't purchase but would have if it fit. Please consider making this and some of your other warm outerwear in women's Tall. We don't have many options to shop from for any clothing but I always scan your website, hopeful there may be a Tall coat to keep warm (and stylish). Thank you!!

I really liked the asymmetrical design and I did like the hood. The jacket was too short though. All my clothing peeked out the bottom and I did not like how that looked. Jacket was soft and light, but warm. Please make this jacket with a slightly longer option!

Very cute fit and style. Very disappointed in quality. Both puffers purchased for this trip are leaking little white feathers after first wear.

I liked the color & style, but the coat wasn't long enough to cover my hips and I'm only 5ft. I returned the coat.

Too short, But keep me warm. Don't like it when I'm riding with Snow machine it goes up too short for our door active people.

Styling doesn't work. Shape is too boxy. I returned it.

Wore it for the first time today-it seems well made, comfortable, and cute but too short and wide therefore, all the cold air goes in from below. Now my belly and back is cold. For $180, that is pretty disappointing but I should have figured that out earlier. Looked over and see a feather poking out.

I loved the look of this jacket online...but when I got it was disappointed in the cut. It hit just above hip level - too short to be practical, and very unflattering.

This was my first purchase from L.L.Bean and I really wanted to love it. The warmth is great. Style is cute. The issue is with all of the feathers coming out. They poke you through the material. They also stay behind wherever you sit. My car has feathers everywhere. I understand feathers come out of down jackets, but the jacket constantly has feathers poking out. I tried washing it to see if that would help-it did not.

Very short and runs small. I loved the look of it online however it was not the same after receiving it.

I really wanted to love this jacket. It's adorable, warm, and comfortable. But it's a crop top. As much as it broke my heart, I had to return it.

I never received the item. It was out of stock and the manager from Salem NH was awesome if figuring it out and refunded my money.

The jacket looks terrible when worn open. Jacket seems to run short and has no elastic to keep wind from blowing up underneath the jacket.

this jacket is a cute style but runs very large. A petite XXS would be a SMALL in let's say, Ann Taylor... Sizing was vey disappointing ... of course I sent all three jackets back

Strange fit --short & bunchy. Front poufed out. Returned.

It was hemorrhaging feathers, which is why I returned it.

Where to begin? I ordered the sage green colored coat and in person I don't think the color matches up. But the style is cute and it helped make up for it. In total I've worn this coat 5 times for no more than an hour in total of I'm being generous and I'm so disappointed. I have more feathers coming out of this thing than coats I've had for years. I really had high hopes for it but now I don't even wear it and I'm pretty sure I'm stuck with it. Never buying another coat from LL Bean.
