I thought this hoodie would be softer and more comfortable. It's a bit boxy in fit and overpriced for the quality.

This is NOT a soft sweatshirt! It is made of a hard, stiff, scratchy French terry fabric. The cut/fit is very long and narrow. I normally wear a Small (sometimes XS) in Bean's tops and outerwear. The chest area fits correctly on this Small, but the bottom hem is extremely small (making the jacket almost a V-shape).The coral color is pretty, but the fabric and fit are not comfortable, so i returned it.

quite a bit less that what I thought it would be considering the price. I purchased a petite, but the sleeves are really long. I don't think it is a good value. I feel I am paying too much for the name.

Ordered a size up and still too small, in my opinion not worth the money.

I love LLBean products but the quality is just not there with this sweatshirt. The fabric is on the thin side for what I was looking for. I returned it. I do appreciate any products in Petite sizing.

I love the color but the material is very thin. I've only worn like 2 weeks and washed once and the pocket already has a hole. I'm very disappointed. Men's hoodies are thicker but no yellow.

Rustic Blue is a pretty color but I didn't care for the contrast taping and french terry fabric not the softest. I ordered larger size to account for shrinking.

Bought this hoodie for the pretty yellow color, but it is not soft like my other hoodies and the fit is on the small side and not very comfortable. I am usually a size 8 and the Medium just fits.

I have this sweatshirt in a striped pattern and really like it so decided to try another one in yellow. These have a sturdy metal zipper and it works fine in my old one but in this one the fabric on the back of the zipper was sewn unevenly so it angled into the zipper and it kept getting stuck, so I returned it. The yellow color was okay, I would have preferred it to be a bit more muted but I would have kept it had the zipper worked.

Love the sweatshirt but the arms are too short. I returned the medium and bought a large thinking that would help. After one wash, they're still too short. Kinda disappointed.

I got this sweatshirt last spring, never got a chance to wear it much as we (in Colorado) went from winter to summer in a minute. Washed this today, cold water wash, light dryer, and it shrunk 2 sizes. It was too big when it went in the washer and much too short (sleeves and body length) when it came out. It's probably been over a year since I bought it so I guess the local charity will be getting a sweatshirt.

Dry soft but cut for someone with VERY long armsreturned it. Cute color though.

Wearable.

This is a nice sweatshirt in respect to quality of workmanship, design, and fit. However, the cuffs and the band around the bottom are of much looser fabric than the body and hood of the sweatshirt. It's like they're all stretched-out. For the price, I expect more.

I ordered Indigo Blue which looks like NAVY on my screen. Nope, I received it and it's periwinkle color :( Sending back. Too bad, I was really looking forward to it.

A lot of commenters have been satisfied with this "vintage indigo" color, but I am totally disappointed. It's more of a sky blue and nothing like the online photo. Indigo should be a deep, dark purplish blue. Even if it's "vintage," I assume it will look a little faded, but not be a different blue entirely. This is unfortunate, because I like the hoodie itself, but I will be returning it.

Bought a medium petite but sweatshirt was too long and bulky. Didn't seem like a petite. Seemed nice otherwise

I really saw this and thought it would be perfect for air-conditioned places in Texas. The sweatshirt was snug around the front and the sleeves were unbelievably WIDE!!! There was no way these covered my arms like I thought it would. I don't know what they did with the arms... they were like wings! Had to send it back.

This did say it was a trimmer fit but ordered anyway. Too snug for me as I like things a little bit roomy. Very thin material. Good as a light summer option

The rose is a nice color. There is no stretch is this hoodie at all. I bought size medium, thinking it would be somewhat oversized. It turned out to be just right over a tank top or a t-shirt. It is kind of a weird fit -- I have room in the middle, but the shoulders and chest are narrow. I got this on 20% off promo, which might be the only reason I'm keeping it. Would not pay full price.

This shirt (size L) was too long for me (5'3") and yet too tight (38" chest). I think the styles have changed and I haven't.

This sweatshirt is very light weight, and is cheaply made. The zipper is sewn in with a zigzag stitch that is probably meant to be fashionable, but looks and feels like a middle-schooler's first sewing project. And I'm sure it costs less to put the zipper in this way. LL Bean used to be my "go to" place to buy casual clothing, but I'm afraid I'll have to find somewhere else to shop.

I bought this because it's made with organic cotton. All plastic fabric shed micro plastic in water. I'm trying to use cotton, linen, wool. I was very happy to found this, but the fabric was very weak. It got hole in less than a month. I washed only 3 times and loosing shape too, very disappointed.

Sleeves are way too long even with cuff turned back, body length is to the crotch, body of sweatshirt is also too big. I have other LLBean sweatshirts from seasons past that are nowhere near this long or as big.

My sister bought this for me for my birthday in March. For the first few months it washed and wore really nicely. Now it's July and the fabric looks old and worn out and front of it is sticking out looking like a dress. The shape has gone out of it. Doesn't look like a four month old sweatshirt anymore. Unfortunately, it's going back.
