It's good fit but I'm not a fan of the material. It's not soft.

I ordered the hoodie in white, however the trim around the neck and hoodie drawstring are a cream color. It looks very odd - a very poor design choice.

Don't put it in the dryer...not even on low heat...my shrunk one full size. Otherwise it's a great hoodie.

I really wanted to like it but it just didn't seem right. I think the sleeves were too long and it was too long in the shoulder for me.

Fit as expected. The fabric was more of a woven knit that I didn't like. For my lifestyle I was sure it would pull quickly.

Why oh why isn't the seam in the pocket smooth to the touch instead of rough on the hands and especially in cold weather? For the cost of this jacket it should've been made better.

This zip sweatshirt hoody is a great medium weight, and I love the color and hoody, but the pockets are just too shallow to hold anything, especially my phone.

This is a nice, lightweight sweatshirt, but the body is too long. I liked the hood and the material. But I sent this back because of the overall length--too long.

At first this was my new favorite sweatshirt but then it shrank when I washed it. I was careful to wash in cold water and dry on low. It still fits but is more fitted now. I liked it better a little loose. Just a word of caution for potential buyers.

Have had the sweatshirt/hoodie for a while and love the color, the weight of the fabric, and--for the most part--the fit. It washes and dries well, and hasn't shrunk. BUT, I'm disappointed that the fabric does not keep its shape. Apparently there is no elastane or "shape-keeping" mix, expecially noticeable with the bottom border which just hangs loose and looks sloppy. I want to rave about the sweatshirt but no, can only use it where I exercise or to bum around the house. Maybe I should have ordered a smaller size...except then the sleeves would be too short. I'd love to have one of the same color, with shape that lasts. Sorry :-( LLBean doesn't often disappoint!

I purchased the white hoodie. I liked the overall look, feel and fit. But it was ruined by the off-white trim and darker stitching. It looked like a mismatched craft project. Probably looked better with the darker colored hoodie as a nice contrast, but on the white, it just looked like a mistake. So, I returned it and am now in search of a truly white hoodie.

This is a comfortable everyday hoodie which fits nicely. I wish it didn't have the contrasting off white bindings trim and the logo on the pocket. It came some very small holes on the left pocket and directly across to the right near the zipper. Machine equipment failure? I decided to keep it anyway ... BUT ... if theses holes get larger in washing, it's definitely going back.

What's nice: the weight is good for spring, the feel is soft, the color is very nice... What's not so nice: the price (way too expensive for the item), the cuffs do not hug the wrist and are just always stretched out giving the sweatshirt a not-so-clean look. I expected better for the price.

This zippered hoodie sweatshirt fits fine and appears to be well constructed, but the fabric is disappointing. I bought it to replace a long-owned sweatshirt whose elbows had gone threadbare -- something I probably picked up from Target or even Mervyn's years ago. That sweatshirt is made of traditional cotton sweatshirt fabric -- thick, and fuzzy on the inside. This new sweatshirt is made with relatively thin fabric and the inside has no fuzzy nap. It's not going to be as warm as one expects. It's also already faded in color. Sweatshirts are usually vibrantly colored, fading over time. This one is a flat, dull blue (ironically called "indigo") out of the bag.

Very light weight hooded zipped sweatshirt. Pretty color If there was the thin weight was mentioned I missed it.

I was disappointed in the product.

I'm less than thrilled because (1) it's too snug in the arms to wear a long sleeve shirt under it, also a bit snug at the waist( whereas the other medium top I bought at the same time is so perfect that I just bought two more in different colors), and (2) despite being laundered and dried as instructed, there's some puckering along the zipper. Not worth the price IMHO.

Good color, nice style . I am disappointed that the fabric is not as soft and comfortable as I would like.

The white tape contrasted with the aqua fabric in a way that I didn't like. It was much more obvious than the picture online. Otherwise it was a nice medium-weight hoodie.

fabric is too lightweight for a sweatshirt; also did not like the LLBean tape on pocket (I removed it) or the tape used on the hood and zipper pull. I liked the color;

I probably should have ordered petite size but now I know the sleeves would have definitely been too short. The Medium (Ladies) is extra long and the sleeve length shorter than usual. I'm keeping it because I love the color but know I can never put in dryer because of sleeve length. I have 3 LL Bean sweatshirts I purchased 5 years ago and I am still wearing them every Spring, Summer, and Fall. Also, the quality of Cotton used was much better on my older sweatshirts. Wherever you are having these made, currently, may not be the best place because of quality issues. Please rethink that. Not worth even the sale price. Sorry.

I really liked the color and feel of this hoodie but the arms ended almost 2 inches from my wrist BEFORE washing/drying. I returned it. I don't think I have particularly long arms or broad shoulders.

Almost all of Bean's clothing fits me perfectly in a size large. But this sweatshirt was made very close to the body (not like most other ones Bean makes!) So, I would need to order an extra large...length wise, since I'm 5'4", this sweatshirt was too long...so had to send it back.

Annoying beige basting tape over seams which detracts from whiteness. Keeping it but won't buy again. There are better hoodies out there at this price point.

It shrank when washed "grrrr"! I had to rehome it!
