It seems that quite a few LLBean products are just not the same as they used to be. The extra small in this tee shirt is vastly different than the extra small in the other tees I ordered at the same time -- yes, they're a different design, but even so it would be good to have some consistency. The fabric is lovely in this tee, the color is as pictured -- but the crew neck is tight and the sleeves are shorter than usual. I'm keeping these tees, but I would not buy them again.

Color is nice blue. Fit is as in past. After laundering as I always have with previous purchases of this item, was not as smooth as previous tees.

The fabric feels great. The fit is good, but more snug than I'm used to, especially in the sleeves. It was also about an inch too short for me. Overall tho, it looks good and is comfortable.

It runs too short. I have worn medium in the past, but it is now too short, so I have tried large to get the length. Still too short. Wish the style was cut longer.

Love these tops, pretty color. I've ordered these tops before, but this one ran smaller than usual.

I've the quality of this t shirt. Wish you had some bolder rich colors like magenta, royal blue, rich teal, rich red.

I bought it to wear while driving on trips so I don't burn my arms. But it's also light enough to wear outside when the temperature is hotter. I buy an XL Petite as I am short waisted and large in the hips.

I love these pima cotton long-sleeve tees. So soft and comfortable--good for three season wear. I bought the blue, chalk violet, and azalea. Love the first two colors--not as pleased with the azalea--thought it would be more of a "hot pink", but the color is a little off for my complexion. I already have a light gray, dark plum, black and azure. Please bring back the light gray and and light turquoise. These tops wash well, but there is a little shrinkage even with cold wash & low dry.

The original LLBean pima cotton t-shirts were my go-to for spring and summer. The older relaxed fit was perfect, and there was also a v-neck style that was the most flattering t-shirt ever. I owned multiples of them in every color, and could wear them for both casual and business-casual occasions. Unfortunately a few years ago these shirts were changed to the "slighly fitted" sizing, which is too long and too snug, very unflattering for a mature woman's figure. For reference, in the older style I was able to wear a Small, but now have to order a Large, which doesn't fit quite right but at least has room to move in. I have a few older pima t-shirts that still fit perfectly even after years of wear and many washes. This newer shirt is well-made, holds its color, and washes and dries as nicely as the older shirts, but I wish LLBean would offer the original relaxed fit again, in addition to this newer sizing. I for one would go back to buying them in every color. If you like the more fitted styling, I'd recommend this shirt for the quality, versatility, and ease of care.

I like it overall, the color and softness. I'd give it 5 stars if it were a bit less clingy and thin.

The fabric is just lovely, very nice and silky smooth. I just wish the length was longer-it feels like the shirts are cut short and are tummy baring when you lift your arms. I don't remember them being like this when purchased a few years ago.

I bought the dark celadon and white. The fabric has a soft silky hand and launders well. My only complaint is the length of these shirts. After the first wash they shrink in length so that the shirt is no longer long enough to tuck into your jeans. If you are short waisted, these shirts will be perfect for you.

I love the fabric and the colors but the shirt and the sleeves shrink too short. I am short-waisted so one wouldn't think that that would be an issue but it is. I have been buying these shirts for many years and it is only in recent years that they have been shrinking.

I have both short and long-sleeved varieties of this t-shirt in violet chalk, plum, and ocean. It's a lovely top with great quality. The French rolled neckline is so much nicer than the usual ribbed version. I appreciate that we are getting away from the sausage roll tight t-shirts, a real plus for women who have had a child or two--even if we are fit and thin. While the plum is nice, the other colors are a little off somehow. I would have purchased five each of long and short-sleeved if the color choices were not so, so--not great on a person with my type of coloring. Whoever is in charge of choosing the colors, please include more muted, soft, cool colors for your next lineup: iris, mulberry, raspberry, eggplant, soft blackberry, wine, ice blue, wisteria, cornflower, rose, periwinkle, indigo, rose taupe, eucalyptus, cool sage, winter white, etc. Thank you.

It's a basic shirt. I use it as a PJ top, and it's comfortable and serves well for that. I'd appreciate another couple of inches in length, but it's fine.

I have several of these shirts and overall love them . The cotton fabric is wonderful, the sleeve length is perfect but. . . . My only complaint is the shirts themselves are TOO SHORT! They do not stay tucked into my jeans or slacks and nothing is more uncomfortable than that. If you could offer a size XS- long I would buy 10 or more of them tomorrow.

This shirt fabric does not have the same nice feel as previous pima cotton shirts I have gotten. It also seems to have been changed in width. The side seams do not go straight down to the waist and bottom hem. It gets wider as it goes down and I do not like that.

The sleeves are a little short and the color (lavender) is not a pretty shade. It has a lot of gray in the lavender.

I'm glad I upgraded and paid a few dollars more for the pima cotton version of this shirt. Definitely worth it. I am sad though that the arms shrunk a little after going in the dryer and now hits above my wrist which I hate and I pull them down all day long. But I'm tall and this is usually the case with all long sleeve shirts I get. I was hoping it would not shrink as much as it did. In the future if I get another, I wouldn't put it in the dryer because when I wore it new out of the package, it fit perfect. I could not have ordered one size larger because then it would just hang on me. The rest of the shirt did not shrink that much - just the arms. In the future I just wouldn't put it in the dryer

I own at least eight pima cotton tees, both long sleeve and three-quarter sleeve. Just when I think I know my perfect size, I end up exchanging it, going back and forth between Petite XS and S. The sizing is just not consistent, especially if an item is restocked. If you appreciate LLBean for the good quality, but have difficulty with the sizing, get their credit card for free shipping and free returns.

I purchased two of these t-shirts. One in dark green; one in lavender. They fit well and the colors are lovely. However, the fabric smelled awful when I took them out of their packaging! I went ahead and washed them twice and then put them through the dryer with a scented dryer sheet. The smell diminished considerably and has gotten less and less. Love the t-shirts. Hated the initial smell.
