It fit perfectly but it shrunk a whole size. But it was a beautiful color.

I wanted to love this--loved the catalog picture for sure. But the slub fabric looked cheap and it did not fit well. The only thing I liked was the color. Regretfully, I had to return it.

Nice fabric, but the garment is shapeless. I'm returning this.

Bought two of these from the LL Bean store, one is fine the other developed two holes after washing. Will be returning and trying it again as it is a nice sweater.

Very disappointed in this sweater which I found shapeless and scratchy. I kept trying it on hoping for a miracle. Since none occurred I returned it.

Terrible quality. Washed it once. Laid flat to dry. Had holes in it.

I constantly feel this sweater keeps on trying to creep down my back and is at my bottom of my chin most of the time, I need to readjust 10-15 times a day. I thought that maybe the label was sewed in backwards, but it is worse when I reversed it. Do not like it at all and will try to return it.

LL Bean seems to be trying to save money by doing away with set-in sleeves. There is too, much fabric around the shoulders, and it bunches unattractively. The weight was good for those in-between days, but the fit was so ugly that I didn't even want to wear the sweater around the house. I have some old LL Bean sweaters that I still wear, but if things don't improve, they will prove to be my last items from LLBean.

I love cotton sweaters. However, this is a bit baggy and I am not in love with the color. That's on me, not LLBean.

The ribbed band of the sweater hits at the widest part of the hip. I am a slim 5'4, with a long waist. I bought extra small, and it makes me look thick. In LL Bean's photo, the model folded the ribbed band in the front view to make it shorter, and unfolded it in the photo of the back. Deceptive. I didn't notice that until now. Previously, I purchased a cotton/cashmere sweater that is a bit too short! I ordered that in petite XS, so did regular XS this time. Both are described as "falls at hip." Inconsistent. Otherwise, the fit is fine and lilac color pretty, but I'll never wear it out of the house.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
The style is not flattering and not warm enough.

The color is beautiful and it's a great mid weight sweater. My one complaint is a hole formed before I even got a chance to wear it. I washed after receiving on a gentle cycle, air dried, and then noticed the hole on the back. I'm not sure if it was there before or after the wash. Again, beautiful color but not a sweater that will hold up.

Loved the look and the cotton - but the "slub" yarn was to thin and broke in the first wash leaving a hole right in the front.

I am pleased with the fabric and color. I was unhappy as it is suppose to be long sleeve and it is more like 3/4 sleeve but not quite, so it just looks like it shrunk.

Ordered two of these sweaters. The navy fit great - not too short on my long torso. The orange color (same size) was a clear 2 inches shorter in the body, and a full inch shorter in the sleeves. Not the size consistency I've come to expect from LL Bean - and very disappointing. The navy sweater washed up great though, and both are of a good quality material that stays soft after washing.

I liked the "slub" texture, the weight and style of this sweater, but it still didn't work for me. I had hoped for a more flattering-on-me clear lemon yellow, but this was too bold. Maybe best for those with more intense complexion color. The dealbreaker was the fit. The PL was very much too large (5'6 ", 125 lbs.). I have broad shoulders and am very short-waisted, have always ordered LR, so am lately trying Petites. I considered trying a different color and size decided against.

I always order the same size, but this came and was too small! I had to pack it up and return, not fun! I don't know why this particular sweater runs so small! I'd prefer that the catalog said something like, " runs small" to warn us before we purchase.

The Blue color was dull for my taste and the dropped sleeves did not work out for my body type~ returned this sweater

I ordered the light mint but the color was very disappointing. It appeared old and dingy.

This could have easily been a 5 star review. Fits beautifully, feels great, looks great ....but after a few months, small holes developed throughout this pullover. I still wore it, as I love it. Finally, as the small holes turned in to a full on disintegration,I returned it. I'm hoping that LL Bean will up their quality standards a bit, as we all know they are pricey. I ended up with a 2 star because of the holes.

A product that requires lay-flat-to-dry and allows NO dry cleaning is SO inconvenient and will not be allowed into my life! Fabric, fit and color were good, so LLBean needs to invest in the correct fiber and yarn steam-treating to make the best products for their customers lives.

The medium fit me well and was very comfortable until I washed it ONCE in cold water and line dried it! Pretty disappointed as it was a nice lightweight pullover that packed and travelled well to a mild climate in California. Was planning g to take it on a summer trip so I hope it stretches back out.

Loose knit that lost it's shape the first time it was worn. Shrunk after following instructions to clean. It became shorter.

I like the material and the boxy look. But it snagged in two places in the front the first time I wore it. I sent it back. Small fit fine.
