I did not like the way these fit. I returned. Nothing really wrong just not my style.

I was hopeful when i ordered these pants. I called and talked to customer service because there was quite a contrast between the picture of the pants, and the picture of the model wearing the pants....neither are correct. The legs on these pants are cut so tight I could not even get them up! They were very tight. I fail to understand how manufacturers think that all women want skin-tight pants...that coupled with the fact that the waist and hips were way too big was quite puzzling! I liked the fabric and how I thought the design was going to be...the description should warn the buyer that you need to have "stick" legs to be able to wear these pants!

The fit on this item was not flattering and was not what I expected. The length was listed as ankle length but they were shorter than I expected, and the pant legs tapered too much for my calves. When I bent at the knee and then stood up, the pants didn't go down, they got caught up around the calf. Also I was hoping for more stretch and a lighter weight fabric. The waistband created extra volume at my midsection, if the pant legs had been wider, the proportions would have minimized the bulkiness at the waist. But because the legs taper down, instead it made me look wider at my mid section.

Thick sturdy cloth and good color and cut. Problem - third wearing some color streaks and faded spot on back which appear as bleach stains - but never used bleach and happened while wearing in usual activities leaving a resort and being on plane. Unclear why this happened. Not happy with performance of the fabric overall..

These pants were well made but too tight in the hips and thighs. I usually wear a large in pants and ordered a size 14, but it was too tight, and the size 16 would have been cut to large in the waist. It's hard to find pants that will accommodate those of us with larger derrieres! LL Bean's Perfect Fit pants are the exception, but why only that style? Not everyone is model thin!!

I first ordered these pants in a size 8 regular and they were way too big. So returned them and reordered a size 6 regular. They were still too big. The fabric and color (blue) were nice but the fit was not. They fit like jodhpurs, not very flattering.

These pants are not exactly what I would wear for casual dress!
Rear patch pocket and slash side pockets cheapens overall appearance.
I could not even begin to guess what size I would have bought IF I had wanted to reorder - the size I bought fit and looked like a circus tent!
I returned and did NOT reorder - I do NOT recommend.

I liked the fabric, but not the fit. The waist was too low, and the pants fit too tight. I purchased my normal size, but you would definitely need to order a size up.

I have an hour glass figure and these are not cut for my shape. Because they appeared to be styled slim I ordered a size larger than I usually wear. They were still too tight.

Have shopped at LLBean for many years, love almost everything I have bought there. I especially enjoy the quality and durability but, I did not love these. The style looked good, color was exactly what I wanted. But, they looked wrinkled and baggy after washing, after ironing. The main thing was the elastic in waist was defective and after the washing, stretched out beyond usability. The good news is they graciously accepted my return and I will try something else. These pants may have been a one-off situation with the elastic, but they still would not give me the look I wanted, even with an another pair, so not replaced. I had planned to wear with a fine gauge knit blazer and a simple tee. age 76, 4 ft 11" tall.

The pants were a few inches too short. I'm almost 5'7" but most LL Bean pants fit. Not these. They were old fashioned "high waters." And the waist came up so high it was almost one piece bathing suit. These were not for the short waisted or the even moderately long legged.

I am a fan of cotton and don't believe in new technology fabric that supposedly wick sweat; As a sportsperson, land and water, I have not seen fabric smart enough to wick your sweat, instead they leave the skin wet and smelly.
That said, this cotton pant is ROUGH, STIFF, AND HARD to wear. Maybe because it's too thick. But after trying it a couple of times, it's sitting on the shelf and now ready to be donated to Goodwill because I just can't wear something so uncomfortable.

Bought this pant in rangely blue and one in muted rose and both are too low waisted and very uncomfortable - liked the color of both - returned them -

I have in my closet apairoflake-wshed pullon chinos in indigo chambray. The cloth is fine, but my new pair, in khaki, is a horribly wrinkled mess. Followed instructions and washed and dried and the pants came out looking like they had been twisted and tied in knots. I washed them alone. Very disappointed in the inconsistency of sizing and fabric quality in some purchases. Don't know how I will get the wrinkles out.

Returned this item. Pants were too short; too tight even after upping the size.

These pants fit odd and definitely do not flatter the figure. They sit below the waist and cause a muffin top. The rear pockets protrude in an awkward way. I'm 5'4" and 125 pounds.

I went to a real brick-and-morter LL Bean store to try on chino pants, an hour away from my home. This was the only one in stock - in July, and it was on sale. I tried them, thought they were ok, so bought them. The first time I wore them I decided they were too short - I am 5'4" - and too tight in the calves. Not worth $39.

Pockets in women's trousers are no where near as big as in men's. Keys, flashlight, pocket knife all fall out.

Fabric is scratchy, not up to LL bean standards. Fit not good either. I don't mind paying for quality; but not cheaply made pants

The look and style of these pants are fine. But when I washed them the side seams curled and shrank. The pants are baggy and the worst part is they are noisy when I move. It's like I'm wearing a paper bag. I like heavier weight material generally but these pants will probably become my gardening pants.
