The general fit is okay but I found the buttocks area too loose and the calf fit too tight.

These pants run small. I wear a size 6. I had to return the 6 and order an 8, and they, too, are not a good fit.

I like almost everything from LLBEAN. These pants are a disappointment. The fabric needs to be ironed and the legs are difficult since the fabric has not been aligned properly. I also wish they were waist high. Just my preference. I will try a different style next time.

These are a little large for the size. I ordered a medium--I used to wear a 10 but I've lost weight and now an 8 fits better--but I think I could have taken a small in these. I didn't get on it to return them, because they're really nice pants--nice style, great fabric--and now I wish I had. I doubt I'll ever wear them this baggy.

I like the fit and feel. Very comfortable. Length is also perfect Problem is between the rear seam and pockets the material ripples. The second pair the ripple was only between the rear seam and left pocket. I returned the second pair Waiting on the third pair. Hope there are no ripples.

Most petites are 28 ", these are 27 1/2 which doesn't seem like much but they are too short. Please go back to offering petites with a 28 " inch inseam.

Wish they made these elastic waist pants with a straight leg. The tapered leg is not slimming at all.

The fit of the pants is good but the fabric is a BIG disappointment!!! It is stiff and wrinkled. After washing in cold water, when I put the pants in the dryer at a low heat setting with 3 fabric softener sheets, they still come out stiff and wrinkled.

I bought a 6P the length was perfect & fit nicely but the pants wouldn't stay at my waist even with the drawstring. I'm an older woman that needs to have clothes that are nice looking for a construction meeting, grocery shopping, traveling, or hiking & aren't hot. I wasn't happy, that they were wrinkled after washing & drying & had to be ironed.

Runs very large in the hips and thighs. I was hoping they would shrink in the wash, but they didn't.

Much too large especially in front. Ordered my usual size but could use a size smaller.

So many pants these days are high rise which doesn't work for me and my short torso. So, I was excited to see these pants in mid rise. Unfortunately the rise was not 'mid' enough and created a baggy crotch. They also felt tight around my thighs. And last but not least, these pants smelled terrible, like they had been drenched in cat pee.

This is a pant, right? I did not see anywhere that it was cropped. Your pants run short in general. I ordered a tall on purpose. Boy! Was I surprised! A tall had a 29" inseam. Really? Why? I had to double check the bag the pants came in and the tag in the pants. Otherwise, the material is nice and I would have loved to keep this pant if it were not for the way too short inseam. A 31" inseam would have been perfect. I had to return both colors that I ordered. They were both the same.

This pant is short in length, but the worst part is, it is very short in the crotch.

Unfortunately I had to return these as the styling was unattractive.

I tried small and petite size. Same issue on both, way too much gaping right below the butt. Doesnt look good at all. Other than that the fit and comfort was great.

These pants looked nice but they were too short and I am not a tall person.

Nice looking pants, great colors, but do not fit plus size well.. Calves are too tight, affecting drspe and how the pants hang.

I liked the material and length but the crotch hangs down halfway to my knees, not becoming at all.

It's hard for me find casual pants that are short in the waist. These have a perfect low rise for a shorter waisted person. Mine is only 4 to 5 inches long. The colors are great and when out of the wash, they fit perfectly. In about an hour they are baggy, shapeless and falling off. Seems like they gained a size. I wanted to love them but for 60 bucks, I want them to maintain their fit. Try gain Bean.

Sorry- I just didn't like these chinos. The fit was "sloppy", didn't have any shape, and reminded me of "Grannie's jeans". They definitely need some rethinking!

I have 4 other pairs of these pants. I started ordering the tall size because the others are just to the ankle and these medium tall ended up being the same length! Is this why they are on sale?! I finally find a pair of pants on sale and in stock at LL Bean and they are snug in the waist and the length isn't what is advertised in the ad. Usually, these are my favorite pants.

The material is okay, but I was disappointed in the cut. I ordered ankle length because your regular length is far too long for my legs, but the area around my fanny barely gets to the waist. I also dislike the wide and heavy waist band around my thick middle vs. the old thin draw cord. I know I'm a little large in the rear and short in the legs after a back operation, but am disappointed in the latest pants from LL Bean. I would have returned the pants, but needed something for summer. I wish you could do a better job for us seniors with different shapes from the 40-year olds. Karin

Again, really weird fit and I don't think I have a weird body, but they just looked horrible on me.

I'm 70 and have been a customer 50+ years (thanks to my mother). Your mature customers have to have pants, and we hate and abominate below the waist fits that never have looked good on anyone except the young and thin. ( How many of your customers are these things?) I was desperate for lightweight pants with a stretch waist for our hot summers but when I wear these I have to make sure that muffin top they create is covered to the upper hip.
