Nice fabric but I was very disappointed in fit. These sheets are made for the very thick mattresses and if you have a regular box spring + mattress, the fitted sheet sags on the bed and you will be sleeping on folds of fabric.

Love the color but the fabric is not soft on the face. It's quite itchy. I tried fabric softener but it didn't help much.

I don't care for these, but my wife seems to like them. There are far better sheets out there for half the price. I expected more, but I find them a bit rough, and they seem to retain body heat. Not happy with the purchase.

Lovely fabric but elastic on the fitted sheet won't hold it around the mattress. Sheet plenty big to fit around the mattress but elastic not wide enough/strong enough

Generous size, nice appearance and perfect weight of the Queen size. However I was Very Disappointed at how rough/course these sheets remain after 3 wash/dryer cycles following Care Recommendations. I use top brand detergent as well and have added fabric softener. Surprised at high ratings from consumers and consumer magazine (which usually is reliable). Would not buy them again.

Wirecutter named these percale sheets as their top pick and they met my expectations during the first several months (rotating with other sheets every other week). But thereafter the pillowcases began to shred or rip and the top border of the flat sheet ripped off nearly entirely with a simple handling. Only the fitted sheet has held up.

These are nice sheets, but not really crispy cotton percale. The weave is tighter than a crispy percale. Not as airy and breathable as they should be. Almost on the spectrum of a high thread-count or sateen cotton. Which means someone will like them, but not someone who thinks she is buying lightweight, breathable cotton.

I have ordered these sheets in the past and assumed my trouble was due to "stretching". But unfortunately the sheets are simply too big for my standard size Queen bed. I LOVE the smooth texture and the color choices are great. My mattress is only 4 years old so I don't understand why it is so much smaller than the sheets.

I purchased a queen set. The problem was with the flat sheet, it was too wide and hung almost to the floor. I checked the tag to be certain it wasn't for a king mattress. The tag said it was queen size. I cut 10 inches off one side and then hemmed the edge. It now fits perfectly.

These are nice, durable sheets but not as soft as I'd like.

I bought these sheets last October. They fit the bed well but I wish that I had someone to iron them when they come out of the dryer. They look worse than most sheets I have owned over the last fifty years. The wide hems at the top of the sheets and the pillow case openings are always folded over and creased and the field is not smooth.

I was disappointed that these sheets are not the softest, smoothest sheets I've ever slept on, as was exclaimed in an online review from a reputable newspaper article. Perhaps with continued use they will soften as I know that LLBean products are superb.

I bought these sheets based on a review in the New York Times. They are nice but not as soft as I'd like. They fit very nice on the bed and seems to be of very high quality. I've washed them about 5 times and hope as they are washed more they will become softer. In retrospect I think $150 is a steep price for sheets.

Comfortable but don't seem like a great value. Developed a massive rip down one side from regular wear.

I purchased the queen size Pima Cotton Percale Sheet Set. I do not have the ultra thick pillowtop mattress that many people have difficulty finding sheets for, however, my mattress is one year old and is considered plush. I find the corners of the fitted sheet to be much too large and the elastic loose enough that the sheet is bunched and fits as though there is not any elastic. As a result, the bed has to be completely remade each morning. Also the top flat sheet is extra wide and hangs several inches below the blanket - which was also purchased from LL Bean in queen size. Just a very messy looking bed and I am planning to return the sheets for a refund.

I bought these with the high hopes from so many sites raving about them. It was until i got deeper into the reviews that i found the quality has plummeted. Its only been a few weeks with a couple washes but these sheets are far from soft to the point where i rolled one night and it felt like it was scraping my skin. Ill still hold out for a bit longer but these are probably getting replaced its quite unfortunate.

Fit and color are good. Fabric is stiff and wrinkly!

Good quality, though these are a little noisy for me as a light sleeper; just turning over sometimes wakes me. Also the fitted sheet gets wrinkled and loose which didn't happen with my old cotton/poly percale bedsheets.

I just received these sheets and they seem to be fine but I am so disappointed that there is no pocket on the pillow case. It's not worth going to the trouble of returning them but I thought LL Bean would be better than that.

5 star rating re the quality of the cotton and the color. Disappointed in the fit of the fitted sheet and pillow case. Way too big, as a result wrinkly and sloppy.

I hope they get softer after 10 washes. Color is great. Fit is perfect

We got these sheets from our wedding registry less than four years ago and loved them, looked great, washed well, and felt so nice and crisp. However when putting them on our bed this week, I found a tear in the fitted sheet. Disappointed that they didn't last very long and probably won't re-purchase.

Very comfortable but not good with larger depth mattress. Corners do not stay on mattress after sleeping on them.

Nice sheets, but the pink clay is more orange. just an fyi to those looking for real pink sheets.
