We ordered one to use while watching spring baseball games. After sharing at one game, we promptly ordered a second one. Perfect for staying warm at chilly, windy, or damp games.

It is a good base cover. It makes a plastic wrapper sound that gets on your nerves if you would use it a blanket, but works great for a base cover to prevent you from getting wet. A great thing to keep in the trunk for an impromptu picnic or afternoon nap.

Well made. Great size. Will be buying a second one soon.

Received this as step in order went to grandchild's soccer game this blanket kept me warm & dry as it was rainy for the game. Highly recommend this item great value for the money.

I keep one of these blankets in all our family cars and the three delivery vehicles owned by our business. I have also given a few away to some of our high value customers. Its great for emergencies, chilly children, and an improptu nap. The included stuff sack makes for great utility, keeps the blanket clean and easily available. I am not much for picnics so the waterproof side isn't much use to us there, but it certainly retains heat when needed. All in all a high value, low-key great product. Highly recommended.

We used this blanket for several late season soccer play-off games. It worked well to keep us warm and dry, plus it blocked the wind well too! Loved it!

This blanket is wonderful for sporting events or hunting. Great wind breaker and very warm. Great to put wet side down on wet bleachers. I highly recommend this blanket.

This has so many uses around camp, sporting events, or around the house. Perfect ground tarp for camping. You don't even need a sleeping bag, just roll up in it and go to sleep all warm and cuddly.

I had been looking for a picnic blanket, spotted this one and it is perfect, great size for my husband and I. Love the fact of the vinyl underneath to keep the dampness away and the soft fleece on top for comfort.

I shopped extensively for an outdoor picnic blanket, the LL Bean blanket had the features I was looking for at a fair price. I would have liked a wool blanket but I was not willing to pay $100+.

I bought this blanket to use when we go camping, just in case we wanted to take a picnic lunch on one of our hikes. We actually ended up using it under the dog beds when we put them outside, to keep the dampness from getting into the cushions. It worked great, especially since we had two days of rain. When we were able to be outside again it kept the beds from getting wet from the ground. It was also good because we could throw it over the dogs if they got cold at night while we were out by the fire. We're looking forward to using it for our picnic lunch in the future. The size is great, it has nice soft fleece and it is easy to wash. It was a good investment.

Totally useful and practical blanket!! The sand doesn't stick to it at the beach and it's a superb underblanket when camping.

Very impressed with blanket and can't wait to use it again . One reviewer said that it will comfortably fit 2-3 adults. I got the largest one and unless you are 90 lbs or a small child it will not accommodate 3 people...still quality and color are great!!!!!

Very soft fleece side, nice size, seems very durable. I haven't tested its waterproof-ness yet, but I really like the blanket.

I recently received this blanket as a gift from my mother. It will be perfect for cold nights at a baseball or football game. The fleece side is SO soft, and the water resistant nylon side will be great for keeping me dry when it starts to rain. It also folds up into a small pouch, so it can easily be stored when not in use.

Great for lounging in the yard or at a picnic. It is very soft and waterproof. Comes with a tie and carrying case.Have one for my dog to lounge on when we are grilling so he doesn't get wet in the grass. Worth it! Much better quality than those sold in big box stores.

This blanket lives up to the "waterproof" title...first use was during a downpour at my son's track meet....kept him completely dry...

I actually purchased this blanket to put on a piece of furniture my sometimes-incontinent spaniel loves to lay on. No accidents yet; I want to be prepared. I have since washed the blanket on gentle cycle and it dried quickly on the recommended low heat cycle. It did not shrink, tear or pill. This is a great product - glad I purchased it and Bodhi Satvva likes it, too. Looking forward to using it outside.

This is a exactly what it says it is - a great waterproof outdoor blanket. I've used it multiple times and never had any leakage. It's constructed so that there is a waterproof bottom and then a soft fleece top - I assume the two pieces are solidly sewn together. I keep it in my car all the time just in case I need it. It's come in handy for camping, watching outdoor games, and picnicking. I highly recommend this!

It was a gift for someone and it suits his needs perfectly. While we'll certainly use it for the picnic or concert in the park, he uses it on his breaks as a snowcat operator. The fleece is soft and seems of great LL Bean quality. Packs nicely.
