Comfortable. Leg elastic does lose shape/hold quickly. If you are looking for a more tighter athletic feel with no ride up, I would say go longer leg version. Trying to switch to merino only instead of bike shorts but I am concerned on riding up during a bike workout. Might have to stick to bicycle shorts instead for bikepacking.

Love these boxers! They are super soft and comfortable. Only qualm is that there is no fly for access.

I'd give these boxer briefs 5 stars except for the one semi-large caveat: they don't have a fly. In all other aspects; proper fit (matches the listed sizing), inherently good properties of wool, durability, etc. I like these quite a bit. I own two pairs now. Most of the time I run in 2-in-1 shorts so I wear these for other sporty activities (like riding and longer walks) and they are great.

Originally I wore the Smartwool for distance hiking. Now I'm wearing them all the time. Unfortunately the crotch (gusset?) wears thin too quickly. A more durable solution will earn the 5th star.

Great but flat front ie no fly, so "tricky" to do your business

I wear this product on a daily basis, often during rigorous exercise. They wick moisture well and fit comfortably. I was a little thrown off by the fact that they don't have a fly, otherwise great product.

Fit great! I would even workout in them as they feel more supportive than other wool boxer briefs I own. I would give 5 stars if they were made in the USA like their socks.

These are great boxers, I just wish they had a fly.

Bought them for trail running. Had to stitch extra material onto the back zipper pocket so it would fit my phone. Fit great, super comfortable, look nice. Big recommend as long as you can thread a needle and sew for ten minutes (or don't need to carry a big phone).

Perfect everyday weight however I was surprised this model doesn't have 'quick access' built in. Always awkward having to unbuckle, untuck and pull everything down at the stall. I feel for you ladies

I've used these for exercising and so far I'm not too convinced they're made for that. Maybe if your snowboarding or something. maybe its the fabric? good for casual and lounge wear tho!

These are very comfortable. Only problem i have is the legs are too short. Would love these with 10" legs

Love the fit, performance and quality of construction. I only wish they were more durable. They tend to develop holes in the mesh areas easily, particularly in the seat.

This is my first experience with merino wool underwear. The positives on this product are it wickes away mositure, soft, and no chafing. These underwear have a soft silky/polyester feel to them. The main negative on this product is that it rode up my rear end the front was decently roomy on these but the rear on these rode up my butt. This was partially my fault due to not looking at the fit on these before ordering this particular product. Might have to revisit merino wool underwear later on but I will make sure to look at the fit of them before ordering. #sweepstakes

This is my first experience with merino wool boxer briefs. The positives about this product they wicked away moisture from my skin and no chafing. The negatives of this product they tended to ride up my butt which detracted from the performance of this product in my opinion. Part of this is my fault to due to me not reading the fit of this product before purchasing. Last but not least this product had a silky/polyester feel to them. Next time I order a pair of merino wool underwear I'll make sure to look at the fit before I order them.

They are fine underwear, but I much prefer 100 percent merino personally. They have the more of a polyester feel, and I think they don't have the wicking or odor resistance as 100 percent wool does. I wont buy again. #sweepstakes

I purchased these as a base layer for my husband. I had purchased a different style a few years ago. He said these are okay and will serve the purpose for our trip to Iceland. He said he preferred the other style much better. I will shop at our outdoor store in the future to purchase the boxer briefs.

I use when I go to the gym because I can't use it when I wear slacks - there is no fly in them.

It was not clear to me that these had no opening in the front, I wish I would have known that.

I bought eight of these with the aim of having a weekly rotation of wool underwear. They fit slightly tight, and are very comfortable. However, a year later, there are holes in the crotches of all of them. Not what I expected from SW, quality wise.

I actually got these on sale, but still feel it was overpriced. I also don't like the tag that is attached. I have a minimum of 30 pairs of your socks and love every pair. I have several pairs of the gloves, and shirts and love them.

Not working out for odor resistance function because wool/synthetic blend. Will buy 100% merino boxer.
