I purchase one pair each year. New ones for inside, old ones for fishing. I have been doing this for over ten years and am completely satisfied!

I can always rely on quality products from LLBean. Issues, although seldom, have always been resolved quickly and easily.

They were a Birthday preasent for my husband, he liked them and fit fine.

Nice looking, comfortable, and a nice fit. These (on sale) were a ridiculously good buy. I haven't Had them long enough to comment on durability but they appear to be of high quality materials and sturdily built. LL BEAN'S attention to detail and craftsmanship is much better to me than the trendier "boat shoes" that are so fragile inside. I use mine in the damp, in salt air, on beach sand and marsh mud, and still expect them to last for years.

My husband loved these shoes as soon as he put them on. That's saying a lot for an ordered shoe.

If you're looking for a classic boat shoe at a great price, look no further. I favor this classic look invented in 1935 by American Paul A. Sperry of New Haven, Connecticut. Specifically dark brown leather upper with white sole complete with the small channels cut in to prevent slipping on wet surfaces (referred to as siping). Many boat shoe styles exist on the market but this classic look has been mastered by L.L. Bean. It's well constructed and true to form. Regarding size, I'm a measured size 11, normal width. However, the 10.5 worked better for me in these. If you're wearing barefoot or with low profile no show socks, you may consider sizing down a half size like I did. Highly recommended!

These fit well and are very comfortable. Been wearing them for a few weeks now and I love them. They look very well constructed so I'm sure I'll be enjoying them for a long time

My husband really liked this shoe but bought a 101/2 and had to return it for a 10 - still waiting for it to come.

Better than other brands.

Great shoes for boating in the south. I couldn't tell you how many pairs of this shoe I have purchased in my lifetime. Good fit but always need a breaking in period before they get really comfortable. Freshwater and saltwater and they taking a beating and last a long time.

These shoes are great due to the fact that they are comfortable ( I ordered 1/2 size down), they look great and best of all: They go with everything. Shorts, jeans, khakis all work with these shoes. This can allow you to just have one pair of shoes for a trip.

My husband says that these are breaking in nicely and fit well. The fit well part is important because he has very small feet. I was afraid that a size 7 was too large, but it is perfect! We love the quality of Bean products and are happy with these shoes.

Received these as a birthday gift from my wife she went threw all my shoes and ordered me a size 13 based on all my other shoes,sandals, and work boots when I tried them on I felt like I was wearing clown shoes. We decided to go to one of the stores and although they didn't have this particular color in stock they had the same style in another color so I tried on the 12 which fit great and was able to order the color I wanted at the store and have them shipped to my house which arrived in 2 days. I have bought LLBean products for my wife and daughter cringing at the price. I refused to spend the money on myself until I received these shoes which I can say are a high quality shoe and comfortable to match. And although I do make fun off my wife for wearing those toe socks or no show socks whatever you call them I do highly recommend wearing those with these shoes.

I bought these for my baby brother who had a manky ol pair that he was wearing to WORK! He had to go a full size down. He said that they have great stability but not much support, but that was expected. They are super versatile, he wears them everywhere, in jeans, in shorts, on the beach and even to work. These are easy to throw a little leather cream on, and return them back to new! These are great if you are super hard on things and want to wear them everywhere but to bed.

These shoes are good looking and and feel good

I buy a new pair of these very five years or so. Consistency is what keeps me coming back.

These are just perfect boat mocs just like my other 2 I have. The quality and fit is just right and extremely comfortable.

I am blessed to be able to wear these to work year around! I have tried several other brands... but these are best ever. Have used for years!

Love these shoes, as this is the second pair I have owned. Wore the first pair out. Have been shopping at Bean since I was a child back in the 50's when my Dad bought me a pair of bean boots, am now 68. Very comfortable and look good when dressing casual. Easy to slip on and off. Would highly recommend these shoes.

Very pleased with these shoes. I was impressed with the quality of the leather and the workmanship.

I've had these for over a year so I feel comfortable commenting. I wear these primarily in the house and workshop nearly everyday and they show very little wear and have held their shape and comfort. But, these are equally a rather good looking boat moc that can be worn almost anywhere. This is one shoe I would surely purchase again.

My husband has worn them every day since Christmas. He says he likes the way they don't pick up dirt and junk from the yard.
