I have owned many pairs of Maine Isle flip flops over the years. I finally became disenchanted because in every pair I've ever owned the center fabric toe post allows for way too much movement with each step. In other words, the flip flop is loosy-goosy as you walk, and because of that, the flip flop is not held in the correct position. Needless to say, the flip flop has zero support anyway, but the loose toe post allows for way too much movement. And I do not have unusually thin feet. As the flip flop ages, this problem becomes worse as the fabric post gets even looser. I used to love these, but really, a foot needs to have a shoe that is more securely attached to it. So I do not recommend these for everyday wear.

I purchased these flip flops a few years ago. Loved the navy blue & white polka dots. Problem was the more I wore them the more the blue rubbed off on the bottom of my feet. Although they were not worn out I finally threw them out because of the color issue. I had never had this problem with any shoes, sandals or flip flops previously so was surprised it was a problem with a Bean product.
