Quick to assemble. My nieces loved the item. Only thing that would make this better is if the key pad made noise when the buttons were pressed. Both sides are silent. Even the button that has what looks like a speaker on it doesn't make noise. But overall, great.

It arrived on the 4th day after the order was placed! That alone is amazing given how crazy the mail service has been this Christmas season! [Maybe it was ordered before the real serious crunch time started.] My son tells me it was an easy (albeit 2-hour) assembly with the well-written instructions, that it is a well-made product (which is par for--and expected of-- the brand) and a hit with my 7-year-old granddaughter. Next is the test of time. I sure hope it endures for another future grandchild or 2 or 3 or more.

This was a Christmas gift for my 1 year old grand daughter, She absolutely loved it, Seems to be very well built and the instructions were very thorough and easy to follow. Took about 2 hours to assemble,

I set it up by myself (I'm not handy AT ALL) during COVID quarantine with my girls and me are all positive! I needed one break and some good music, but the instructions were easy to follow and even funny!

I bought this 3 years ago for Christmas for my 2 granddaughters. It is the most favorite toy in their play room teens even fight to play with it! All pieces are still working to this day and it get used daily! The second favorite toy is the Diner made by Melissa and Doug it is great also!

I literally have every single product of Melissa and Doug and this was the last item bought as being in quarantine we thought it would be fun! Easy to assemble and offers endless hours of fun!!! All my five kiddies love being the grocery clerk and switch to being customers!!!!

I love this product. As the dad of the house I have been tasked with building things. That being said I have run across many manuals that were difficult to read and piece the product together. I inevitably always have to redo some portion of the setup. This was hands down the best instruction manual I have ever had the pleasure of reading and putting together. I would do this build again and again. Thank you for this detail that is often over looked. I honestly don't even leave reviews often unless they are steller products or the worst moments of any company I ever been with. From the dad that curses most instructions, Thank you!

My kids and my daycare love this 100%. We have all the setup, the diner and tons of accessories. They play daily with this. However after a week or so the magnetic pen easily ripped off. The wires may have been lose, would love to know if could order replacement parts.

From design to construction to assembly to point of use, this product was so well-thought out for each intended audience (who is using it vs. who assembles it). Was easy to assemble and parts went together exactly as instructed. Very sturdy; there will be many hours of creative play for both grandchildren ages 2 and 8. The only thing I would improve upon us the register key pad; the scanner beeps but the keys do not and our little guy was frustrated when he pushed the keys and no noise came out! Otherwise, we all love it!

Gifted this to my 3 year old daughter for Christmas and she can't get enough of it. It's great quality and was easy to assemble. Took an hour for 2 of us - the power screwdriver was helpful. It's even better than I was expecting!!!

Quality is good. Instructions are clear. Assembly was easy. All holes lined up well. Fun toy. Our son loves it.

I've put together a few hundred kids toys, pieces of furniture, kit boats, you name it. This was, by far, the easiest, best designed product of this sort I've ever seen. The instructions were spot on and there are even pictures of the product on each instruction page and they actually show you what it looks like.

This product was labor intensive to assemble but the directions were done so well and so easy to understand. The kids will absolutely LOVE this toy!
