On the images their sole colour is noble off-white with warm tinge. In reality it is cheap bleach white with ugly greyish stripe on the top that makes them look dirty.

The fit and size of these shoes is perfect. They are true to length and width. However, they are an intense rocker sole and you'd better be stable on your feet to wear them! I loved them but the rocker is too intense for me and they are also extremely clunky looking. I felt like I had clown feet. I wear a size 10 D and they really looked ridiculous on my feet! Maybe reducing the rocker would help but for me I sent them back and will continue looking.

I have loved my other New Balance shoes over the years but this one is the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn. Was hoping I just needed to adjust to different sole but the stitching digs in,something different about the fit made it really hard to wear.

Hard to give a review when the wrong width shoe was sent. The printed glued on label said 6 1/2 X WIDE, but the printed box, printed shoe label attached to the shoe was printed with "WIDE" NOT X WIDE. The shoe tongue also was printed as size 6 1/2 Wide. Since the extra wide 1st showed out of stock and shortly after i get and email that says in stock, I have to wonder if a new tag was just glued on to the box thinking I wouldn't notice, I wore them inside my house for 15 min and then noticed my foot felt painful on the bottom because the shoe bed was not wide enough and I had a light ridge on the bottom of my foot. I've noticed other shoe companies have a soft material on top so the shoe doesn't feel tight, but the insole is just not wide enough for the foot bed.
I'd also recommend:
Trying one by Fitville, hasn't been delivered, supposed to have EWide footbed & toe box

They fit OK, but the chunky sole was too much for me to get over. When walking on them, it felt like something was missing and I could really see my klutzy self falling with these on ... something just didn't feel right. Back they go. However, if you're looking for something that will give you an inch in height and is super cushy - these are the ones.

This shoe is just squishy and disappointing. No spring - just squish! I have had 6 pairs of the FRESH FOAM X MORE v3, they are 5 stars all the way! This one is not even close to being the same shoe.
I'd also recommend:
Love the model prior to this one- FRESH FOAM X MORE v3,

Narrower in the toe box than v3 version and also less stable on sides, which caused a blister on the side of my foot. (Why does New Balance modify good shoes?!)

Super cute color but the fit is so bizarre. Feels like a sock attached to an clumsy, unsupportive foam sole.

I may try these shoes in another, smaller size, but they were honestly so huge that I could not tell if the style worked for me - or even if the arch support works for me. This style has great reviews from various running sources, but they just didn't work for me in my normal size for New Balance.

I ordered these twice & both times I have had to return them because of a manufacturing fault in the right shoe. I have never had this problem in the past. What happened to your quality assurance?

These shoes are to soft. When you step they condense down so much, and have no shape on top. My feet are killing me from these. Such a waste of money

I am a runner and Hoka has always been my brand. When my last pair of plush Hoka Bondis wore out and I needed a new pair, I noticed their prices had gone up a bit so I researched what other runners were saying about comparable shoes at a lower price. New Balance Fresh Foam came up so I looked at them. The price was not cheap by any stretch of the imagination but they were about $40 cheaper than the new Hoka Bondi 8. They also claimed to have about the same level all around construction....of course under their own lingo. So I bought them. I have tried them 3 times. After the first run, I only did 3 miles, my left knee could hardly take the pain. My toes were numb for the entire run as well. There should be no learning curve for comfort in a running shoe but I thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt so I did 2 comparison runs. The first I ran 1 mile in my old Hokas, paying close attention the whole time to the feel of my sole, my toes, my knees and hips. Although they have been through the ringer and not super plush after 500 plus miles in them, they still were OK on comfort. My joints were fine and my toes were just fine. I then rested briefly and ran the exact same mile in these NB Fresh Foams. After about 1 minute, my knee began to hurt again and my toes were numb. The 3rd time I used them on a walk. Same issues. I am definitely going to try to return and hope they cooperate with that even though the have been used these 3 times. We will see how that goes...
