Good looking shoe, fit well. Sneakers & athletic shoes never have enough arch support so I always replace the insoles with orthotics. I've had these for a couple of years and wore them out.

This is a wonderful shoe! Plenty of cushioning and very comfortable. However, for a medium width, the toebox is a tight. Sadly, have to return.

I love NB shoes but these slipped in the heel too much.

The fit and size were great. Felt wonderful at first. But because of my sore foot issues, these still did not help as the day wore on.

If you are in between sizes, I recommend sizing up. Needed 7 1/2 since 7 was too small.

The uppers were very comfortable but the soles were too cushioned. I need more stability. Have to return them.

These are like walking on clouds, but squeaky clouds. My feet frequently suffer from plantar fasciitis, and these feel absolutely wonderful. For that, I will deal with the squeak. These are , in fact, my second pair (both squeaked). The wides fit well with my high instep.

Fit was great. Very cushioned sole. I had high hopes, but there is a plastic support that rubs against my little toe causing a lot of pain.

Great show but runs small

They are great for plantar fasciitis, I use my own custom inserts, great cushioning but a good stiff sole.

I'm so frustrated with New Balance sizing. My daughter-in-law was over yesterday and said the same thing. She's an RN and has always worn New Balance. She said she's wearing an old pair because she can't find a pair to fit her well. I have always worn an 8 1/2 medium New Balance. I could order a pair online, put them on, and off I went with no problems. The past few years the sizing is crazy. I first order these in a 10 based on reviews. Huge. Of course. Back they went and I orderd a 9 wide because everyone said they're too narrow. They were at least a size too short and too narrow. I ended up with a 9 1/2 wide because the medium was insanely narrow. So here I have a pair of shoes that have the most wonderful sole, which is why I finally kep these, but are a size too long and wide. What the heck, New Balance?

Love the feel of these but they were way too long. I was disappointed that the starlight black is more of a gray.

I run on city pavement, so frequently my knees would be sore following a run. Having researched the topic, this shoe was recommended specifically for pavement. Having read the reviews on Zappos I ordered the wide width and half a size larger and returned them both for my regular size and regular width. If anything, these shoes are too wide in the toe bed, which makes my toes curl a little with each step, even if I tighten the shoe to the max, without losing circulation in my foot. But my knees are not sore! The only other issue is that the soles are extremely slippery on any road paint like in a crosswalk, and on metal grates, and that is an issue. So, the jury is still out, and so 4 stars overall.

First of all, the color description is not the color description on the box. Online is states black/starlight. The box states black/blue. And the shoes are gray!!!! Def not black…a medium, dark gray. It just brings back the memories of my grandpas shoes he had that color. I mean, it’s not awful, but not black and not wanting a solid color shoe that color. Comfort, well that’s why I bought these. I tried them on in the store (diff color), and it was a big WOW!…truly. However, I did not give a 5 star because I tried jogging around the house in them and I did not find them as great running support shoes….all day on feet shoes, yes. One other thing I noticed is that I did feel like I am sitting back on my heels versus full foot when standing. I have had Hokas and I know all about the rocker feel, but I don’t recall the feel of “sitting back on my heels” when standing. I want to love these! I am considering purchasing another color (since apparently the black is not black) to wear for work as I am up and down on my feet all day being in the dental profession. I was wishing these would have been a wear all day and run in and work out in shoe.
