Super comfy but very squeaky on indoor flooring. I couldn't take the constant squeak for very long.

These shoes are very bouncy and comfortable, but not for long walks. When walking or running for more than 20 minutes and because I have wide feet, I can feel the pressure on my pinky toe and the one next to it. The 1080v13 are wider and a better fit for me. As other reviewer said, the toe box is shallow, so the front of the foot is pushed up and feels compressed.

This sneaker was noted as running small, so I purchased a half size up, but they were too big. They also felt very wide in the toe box so my foot was swimming. They are very cushioned, which is good for comfort, but the sneaker felt very bulky.

The heel made me lean too far backwards making me lose balance.

It is wide enough which is great but the sole is very stiff.

The fit is really small, I got 1 full size larger than my usual shoe, which is my normal New Balance size, and it was short. Felt very cushy and comfortable standing. BUT the shoe pulls outward, and it was clear I would turn my ankle walking no less running in these. I'm sticking with the 880s.

These felt pretty great but the footprint was enormous due to the wide sole. I probably would have gotten used to them (and wouldn't have tripped) but I didn't like the way they looked. I'm trying to find a thick-soled pair I can live with for my truly wide and neuropathic--and now aging--feet, but actually prefer a much less lower profile since I wear sneakers everywhere, including work. (I'm starting to feel frustrated about this!) Would prefer simplification.

If you have very flat feet and wear custom orthotics to help you may find this shoe too tight in the mid foot

The side of the shoe is too high, rubbing against each ankle bone. I wanted to love them, and tried tying them different ways, but nothing worked. I am sadly returning them.

Worn More's for as long as they've been out. Sorry do not like the new heal on the sole. It forces me to stand on side of heal and not stable in the center. Returned.

Shoe fit my normal size (9.5 wide). It was quite comfy but it just looked horrible- very blocky and huge. Super unflattering.

This NB style is true to size & width - happily wider than the 880v12. But it sure feels weird to even walk in these! The foam base is very gooshy and, for me, made me walk to the outside of my feet - and I'm not a supinator. Wasn't a natural feeling stride, so I'm considering keeping the 1080, it's plenty wide and keeps your feet in a natural position.

LET'S KEEP IT REAL AT ZAPPOS! They're good shoes and you're going to pay good money to get them too, they aren't cheap!

Yes it had cushion. However it was so much it was not something i could run in. Felt like those old time moon boots. Will exchange for beacon which ive had success with.

This NB Fresh Foam X More shoe has a narrower toebox than its predecessor. It does not work for me as I am a true WW. I was very disappointed as I had been looking forward to enjoying this shoe.

I have plantar fasciitis and these are very comfortable for that and did not hurt my feet at all. Having said that, they felt very different from the version 3 that I loved. The heel was extremely thick and squishy and that should be a good thing, but it felt a bit like there were springs in my shoes and I had to be careful while walking in case I overbalanced. Just for reference, I use these as everyday shoes for walking around my house while doing chores, shopping, etc. (I don’t have a full-time job outside of the house). I wore these for 2 days and both days I had extreme low back pain at the end of the day. I stopped wearing them and my back has been much better. I am very upset that shoes that feel so great on my feet are so bad for my back. Hence the overall low rating. I loved the version 3 of these shoes, I really wish they hadn’t changed so much about them. :(

The sole on this is huge -- it extends around the edge of the foot which, if you don't have small feet, ends up making your feet look ENORMOUS. It is almost like wearing the shoe box on your feet instead of a shoe.
