This is my second purchase in a different colour. I purchased the Edziza and Black Sapphire colours in a size small. Note, I am 5'2", 130lbs. I love the fit and feel. They are my absolute go to for any training warm-up, wearing as a mid-layer and for casual wear. I absolutely love and recommend this full zip hoody. Purchasing online was seamless and easy. The product was delivered in a very timely manner. Overall, I am pleased.

The new Kyanite Hoody is great -it is softer and warmer than previous versions. I was confused by the new sizing. At 5'3", 98 lb, with a small frame, I've always fit well with size XS. I tried the XXS in this hoody first. The body fit well with a little extra room, but the shoulder seam hit at the halfway point across my shoulders and when I reached forward the end of the sleeves was 2" too short, which was surprising for me as sleeves are usually too long for me. I tried the XS, which fits pretty well. The body of the XS is a little roomy, but not too baggy. The sleeves and the shoulders fit me well in the XS.

I got this a week ago and I like it so much I will get the one without the hood for sunny days. Highly recommended.

I bought this as the only hoodie/warm under layer on a trip across 4 continents and it was PERFECT. It is light and thin so it can pack up quite small but it is fleece on the inside so it's warm and cozy. I feel it was dirt repellent as well as it never looked dirty despite being through a lot. It's starting to pill a tiny bit but that's after lots of wear. Highly recommend!

Love this coat! But I did not realize that the trim was black, instead of the matching colour, Vitality. I hope the next time they make this, it is with the matching trim like the other colours. It keeps the jacket more classic instead of trendy.

Very stretchy and comfortable! Very warm. Good quality polartec fleece. Does not pill.

I bought this jacket for my daughter for Christmas. It was on her wish list! She loved it! She said the fabric is soft and just the right weight. It was very stylish and slim looking.

We went to store and found this gem, but unfortunately they don't have size XXS (it's quite normal they don't have it in store), so we went online and purchased one, the overall quality is still superb as usual, looks sleek and perfect to be a middle layer.

Great fleece layering piece. Very warm and love the unique stretch the product has. Hood is perfect for under a helmet.

Fantastic product, worth every penny. Soft on the inside. Just a single layer of fleece but so warm. I layer it with a smart wool sweater for 40s windy weather. The hood is so lightweight you don't feel it when you're not wearing it.. beautifully fitted. Love love love it.

Arcteryx hits it out of the park with the current Kyanite Hoodie. The fabric seems improved from an earlier version from about 3 years ago. That older version was not bad, but the fleece was heavier and had more bulk. The current version had soft fabric like a sweater but the shape retention and durability of a jacket. You can wear a layer under it. You can wear a layer over it. You can wear for exertion activity outside as the fabric is very breathable. The fit is also excellent. I love that the hoodie very attractive, as well as comfortable and suitable for active pursuits. Did I mention well made? My only complaint was the colors. Navy and blue are uninteresting and undistinguished. White was just too impractical for a fleece I will live in all winter. Pink was paler than the picture and looked like a pajama top. The yellow (Edziza?) was way too bright (imo). The final one I got (Smoke Bluff) was an outstanding color. I am very happy. Maybe more colors will come out in which case I would get a second Kyanite Hoodie.

Love this fleece, feels great and warm. Have two so far and wont be my last.

I have been buying a Kyanite Hoody every year for 4 years, wear them lots, and the first one looks just as good as my latest purchase. I use as a jacket on cool days and as a middle layer on cold days, it is so comfy and stretchy, washes well, cannot say enough about this hoody. It was slightly enhanced a year ago, even better.

I love this hoody. It is my go to sweater for running around the city or as a layering piece for hiking or lounging at camp. I used this as my travel sweater and in the mountains for added warmth. I love the high collar aspect so if it gets cold it will cover up to my chin. It's a fabulous layering piece under a wind or rain layer and very breathable.

Fit great! Love color! Luxurious feel. In short, I lover it!

I love this hoody and wear it for everything. It is a rich chocolate brown with lighter chocolate colored contrast on the trim. I have looked at and owned many brands of hoodies and this is the only one that stays in the rotation and comes on every trip.

True to size, super comfy and warm. My new favorite mid-layer!

Bought this for my adult daughter because she is petite and always cold. She loves it and says it is warm and soft against the skin. She says it is the perfect warmth without the extra weight. She has an Arc'teryx shell to put over it should the nippy wind pick up.

HOODY VERY BENEFICIAL VERY USEFUL EXTREMELY WARM AND PROTECTIVE

This is my all time favourite sweater. It is great for adding an extra layer of warmth underneath a down jacket. Keeps me toasty after my winter swims.

I got the Kyanite as a sweater to wear around town and it is nice and cozy. The zipper works well and the material has not pilled at all going on 10+ washes. The sweater falls quite long, which is nice for extra warmth. The 4 way stretch make sit a nice jacket to take to a yoga class.

I think the new sizing runs nearly a size larger! I am 5'3 and 120 lbs and have always been a size small, or a 6 in arcteryx. I had the good fortune to be able to try this garment on in a store and found the small fit more like a medium and an XS fit perfectly. This hoody will get lots of use i am sure, whether casually or as a midlayer. I am very happy with this no frills pile hoody!

I bought this for the colder weather as part of my layers or as an outer layer on sunnier days. It is wonderfully comfortable, looks good and layers very well. The hood is comfortable under my rain shell so I don't need a hat.
