I have a slight flat foot and these shoes were the worst pair of workout shoes I’ve ever worn. They really don’t have a lot of cushioning

This shoe was so uncomfortable, they’re suppose to fit wide according to reviews and yet they were so narrow my feet could barely get through my 12 hour shift as a nurse on the floor. I wore them once and then NEVER again! This shoe was quite disappointing. They look fairly nice but fit is terrible.

Loved the look of these but they were very uncomfortable. No cushion in them at all, felt very hard.

Evidently, my 71 year old feet have changed over the last 5 years. This isn't the first of "new brands of shoes" that I've tried recently (and returned), but I was excited to try this style. I thought: good looking, lighter weight with breathable fabric was a good choice. The speed laces are a nightmare. I couldn't figure them out! Tried to loosen to get my foot in then tighten back up. They seemed to go in an endless loop that I spent way too much time on. After wearing around my house for a couple of hours, my ankles and arches ached badly. It may work fine for many others, but it's a no for me.

I like the style . I have a black pair I bought last year love them , but when I received the blue pair they were way too big. They were marked 5.5 but a least a total size bigger than the shoes I have . I sent them back and they sent me another pair of black Cloud x 3. They fit perfectly. I’m afraid to get another color in shoe. I’m afraid they changed the size drastically or mis marked them.

Got a 7 wide

This style is extremely uncomfortable. The top hole where the laces come through that has metal around it is not covered by the tongue so they leave marks and bruises. I can't wear them with no-show socks which defeats the purpose.

The shoe has been worn and it still has dirt on the left heel. The previous "owner" wore them outside- I did not!!!

defective. the X'x on one shoe are spaced different than those on the other.

For all the hype, these are awful. Stiff. No cushioning. Cut into ankles. No arch support. No flexibility and no cushion in your step. Don't they look like they would though? Would not buy On again. Returned. This is supposed to be an athletic shoe--On people, put them on and try to walk or run in them before selling them!

Shoe fabric ripped after 1 month of light wear (gym training and walking). Laces are difficult to undo. Fits smaller than version 1 of Cloud X.

Stiff. Immediately cut into my ankles and Achilles area because there in almost no cushioning there. Walked a couple steps, no cushioning in the bottom either, they look like they would provide a nice soft walk but the bottoms are hard and uncomfortable for any kind of walking or running. Arch support poor also. Really? Don't know why these are so popular. Cute if that's all you care about. But they need to be functional. Clearly the designer never put them on their feet.

Yuck. ON was my go to brand for gym and running shoes for many years. No more. Cheap product, terrible customer service. Hurt my feet after ten wears. ON refuses to refund or replace.

Fit too small compared to previous models

I don't have an opinion on fit because I received 2 right foot shoes and they were 2 different sizes. 6.5 and 7

the fit was to big and even though the with said medium they were to wide.
