Very attractive shoe, although it felt a bit wide through the toe box.

The sizing for Ons is inconsistent. In some styles they run slightly small but in this one they ran large.

I tried two pairs on On Cloud sneakers. The Cloud 5 felt too narrow and returned. The Cloud X 3 was wider and felt overall much larger, both were a size 10. Unfortunately the Cloud X 3 came up too high and hit my ankle bone. Like the style and weight of the shoe but had to return.

I normally wear an 8 1/2, but I had to return and order an 8 instead. Luckily Zappos is really easy and fast to return and reorder. The newer version is not as supportive as the pervious version, but I still like wearing them to do my cardio/HIIT.

I have several pairs of On Clouds and these felt narrow on my feet. Least comfortable pair I’ve tried on. It’s a shame because they look so good!

These seemed to fit fine, especially walking, but after a walk of a few miles I realized my toes were slamming into the toe box. There was a bit too much room in terms of length in the toe area. I noticed doing lunges, as well, that the toe box curled as my foot wasn't all the way forward. And that was in a 9.5 which is my normal shoe size; I usually buy 10s in sneakers. I will have to return these.

Ran true to size for me

Perfect fit in my typical size. Very comfortable and light weight.

I always order a size up for on sneakers. I own two other On Cloud 2 sneakers which I love. They fit perfect and love the look . I ordered the on cloud 3 and they fit very differently, They fit very tight in the mid section of sneaker. They were so tight they were uncomfortable. I also don’t like the design where the front points upward. Fit and look were not as nice as the On Cloud 2. I returned these

These shoes fit fine but they were not comfortable AT ALL. The footbeds were hard and not at all what was expected comfort wise.

These are cute and they are worn occaisionally but not a "go to" shoe. They are not as comfortable for all day wear as my Hokas. Slightly disappointed in that - however they are true to size and width and look nice, just not my favorites.

I always size up half a size in my OnCloud shoes, and for the first time ever, this was completely true to size. (So, in other words, I ordered a half size too large.) I’m super disappointed because I ordered these for a trip, and have had to wear them around the 7-10 miles of walking per day. Still love the brand. Love the shoes. Just disappointed in the sizing discrepancy.

Lightweight and fit is great but gets ruined and material unravels easily bc of the cloth I use them frequently to run on treadmill only

This is a very good looking shoe, and I was disappointed that it was too tight. As usual, Zappo has excellent service.

The shoe fits great but my heel rubbed on the back of the sneaker and chafed pretty badly.

Tight along top of forefoot. Not comfortable at all.

Disappointing because I really liked the color and the build of the shoe. I bought a half size bigger and there would be no way I could wear a sock.

Size is ok it fits well. Comfort ? No due to its thin material it rubs the sides of my feet , maybe wear it with thick socks. Style is nice can’t complain .

I need a wider toe box

The shoes looks good ang it’s light weight but uncomfortable . The sides of my feet’s are hurting especially close to the ankles .

Beautiful shoes but uncomfortable; the width is narrow, and the heel is large. I went up a half size, and the shoe still felt narrow; I do have a wide foot.

I have this shoe in another color and was buying another pair for a more spring/summer look with the same style and fit. I returned them solely because the black laces did not seem to go with the otherwise pale toned shoe. I ordered another pair with white laces.

Ordered half size up as recommended and shoe still felt too snug to hang on to. Loved the look and the arch support. Would like to see shoes aimed at wider feet included in line up down the road at some point for those of us with boat feet.

These shoes are super cute, however they are SOOOO narrow. I don't understand the other reviews, they must have gotten different shoes. I first got a 7 and they were too narrow and small, I then got a 7.5 and those didn't work either because they are so narrow. I even went and tried them on at an actual store and the guy there said they weren't that popular because of how narrow they were made. I have a pretty standard size 7 foot, maybe even a tiny bit on the narrow side and I couldn't wear these. So sad because they were adorable.
