Extremely narrow and very uncomfortable. Unwearable. The size up was entirely too big. Big discrepancy between 7.5 and 8

Cheaply made, poor quality

Material is cheap, I ordered these in February and they are already worn down on the soles and the heels are torn. I wear them only for working out. Super disappointed.

I was disappointed with the quality for the price. If you look at the black + in the picture, they are uneven. I love the look, but they are uncomfortable, they feel like no arch support. I have $10 flip flops that have better arch.

I HAD TO SIZE UP 1/2 SIZE BUT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

I returned the shoes because they feel to big. They are the same style shoes I have ordered before but seem to be wider. Even though they are the same 5.5 I ordered before.

I have a pair of Cloud5s for casual wear, and bought these for cross training. I love the Cloud5s so I was surprised to absolutely hate these trainers. They’re cute and lightweight, but the entire topside, including all around the ankle, is thin and brittle feeling. Like wearing shoes made out of cardboard! I returned them and got some Nike Metcon 5s, which are far more comfortable and supportive.

I am primarily returning them because they are too big, but when I tried them on, they were very stiff and not a lot of comfort. There is a lot of hype about On Clouds for healthcare workers. Not a fan. Loved the color option of them and the quality was really good, that was also a plus.

Loved the look of these but the toe box was too narrow for my orthotics and they seemed too long. I don’t think they would stretch out enough to keep so have to return.

Painful. Wish I could return, but unfortunately too late. They rub my ankles, because cut too high on the inside. Wouldn't know unless worn a couple of times.

I don’t know if these are knock offs. They were nowhere near as soft as my other ON. These were very stiff and hard outside material. They did run a half size smaller than normal.

Not wide enough in the toe box. Too straight for me from the arch to the toes. Not my shape of foot

If you are a professional runner not recommended these shoes. But they are pretty good for walking. I like them.

I always order size 10.5 with On, but this one was very snug on the top. The back heel tab/collar is shorter than a regular shoe so didn't feel adequately supported. It's a beautiful sneaker but it is going back.

Liked the style, look, color. The fit felt very hard. Unlike the other ON shoes I've purchased in the past.

Length true to size and width is generous compared to other popular shoe brands. Comfort is okay for a few hours on your feet, but after that low arches will start to feel discomfort. The worst part is the squeak. After a couple months of use my right shoe squeaks 100% of the time. Would not recommend based on this alone.

So cute! But not what I’m used to with ON. Sadly disappointed. I have a narrow foot- yet rubs in mid-foot, and on ankles. Overall very uncomfortable and cheap- not the bounce ON typically has- bad design.

Very narrow toe box. The X laces are annoying. Cute color, wished they would've worked out!

I didn’t like the sneakers. They looked very large on my foot. Didn’t like the color.

Too narrow in center of foot.

For me the size ran smaller than Brooks or Asics. The heel didn't fell right.

I loved the look of these shoes, but when I received them they were narrow and not very comfortable. Also, these seem to run real narrow. Ultimately, I returned them.
