I like these boots but they lack in quality. This is the second pair I have owned and both of them failed in the toe area. This failed within 6 months of owning them. I wear these all the time for the support and also ride my horse in them.

These are typical "Fat Baby" boots, nice metallic shine and heavy sole. I had similar ones years ago, but donated them because of the weight. Since then had foot surgery, the boots are still as heavy but more comfortable. not an everyday color for sure. PS. I need wide width boots (foot not calf) and these are OK though not wide.

I bought these boats for my husband for Christmas. He loves them and says they are so comfortable. However, they are tearing at the seam. So disappointing, they are not even 3 months old.

Unfortunately I could nog get into the shoe, the shaft of the boot was too narrow at the bottom for my left foot. But boots looked great!! Size 38 is ok, but shaft not.

Great pair of boots ordered size down as they run big , they fitted straight out of the box very comfortable. But unfortunately 3 weeks on with continual daily wear the right boot has stretched considerably to the point where it is slipping off my foot . Due to this reason will only be giving them 3 stars if not for this they would get a full 5 star rating

Received my boots but they sent me the wrong size. Had to send them back and still waiting for the replacements. Can't wait to get the correct ones.

My boots arrived scuffed and the inside lining was already coming undone. Very cheap and you can tell its not good quality material.

I ordered these boots because they were wide and sometimes I have to go up one to two sizes. I was really disappointed to find out that I cannot order these in 11 wide but they come in a regular all the way up to size 12. 1 foot didn't even make it inside of the shoe. I wish that they actually had a real wide width shoe.

These boots are great, they're comfy and durable, great for slippery conditions. Now for the downside: they have chosen to take away the "normal" color variety and replace it with these shiny nonsense boots. As a long-time wearer of these particular boots, it's a real bummer that when I came to the website to buy a replacement pair, the colors that are neutral brown tones (not the light ones that show stains or the black ones that just don't look good in my opinion) have been replaced with shiny silver and gold. The other Fatbaby boots have the colors, but the sole treat is not the grippy one, it's the slippery one. It's disappointing that they've chosen fads (with this kind of fad often being triggered by those who don't actually use these boots for work or riding) over the customers who actually need the boots to be appropriate and to work and ride in. If you want to have those hideous colors for the people who like them, great, but don't take away the standard colors from those of us who don't like flashy, horrible colors but still need a good boot. These would have been my 5th pair, instead I had to buy from a different company for the first time ever.

Fit great wore them all day when I got them by the end of the day I had a huge blister on my heel. The inside of the shoe on the heel is not smooth the material is bunched up can't smooth it out at all will give me a blister every time I wear them. Had to put a heel cushion in just to be able to wear them

I bought these boots 13 years ago. I loved them so much, I bought them again. This time however, they are a little different than I remember. The leather doesn't seem as thick, the color is different than when I got the first pair, both of those I can absolutely live with. But the worst part about the differences is the heel. My first pair, and in the product picture, it is a composite/wood heel. This heel is all rubber. To me, it takes away from some of the look I was going for. However, the sole is much better than my originals. These will take over the role of my everyday boot, now back on the hunt for a dressier pair.

I used the size chart and it was saying I was a 10 but I'm normally a 8.5/9. I chose to get the 9.5 and I'm glad I did because they are a bit loose but the 10 would have been way too big. I think a 9 would may have been too tight. But I'm loving these boots so much!

I love the fatbaby boots...They are 5 stars as a whole, but after just two times wearing the silver, there is already places where they don't look right. The first time was a couple of hours to an event, then a day at work in an office environment. I am not someone who bumps my feet into things, but the toe looks like its been up against something.

I am a loyal Ariat customer and have been impressed with all products but these boots are not good. I do landscaping and these boots only last 2 months for me. My feet hurt when I'm wearing a shoe that is worn out so this is how I know these boot are ready for the trash. They are waterproof and was very impressed with that! I do love the look and color of them also, just not impressed with the durability. Wish they came in a bigger size too

I find these boots to be super comfortable and super useful. Unfortunately, after a few months of owning them, the leather began separating from the sole (next to my big toe). I was unaware of any kind of replacement policy, so I didn't return them. I still wear them, out of necessity. And, other than taking on water in a few torn places, they're still very comfortable and continue to protect my feet. If they ever go on sale, I'd probably buy myself another pair.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
Runs SmallRuns Large
Runs NarrowRuns Wide
Poor SupportGreat Support
Although the boot was very cute, the tow box is too small for my feet and I can’t imagine hiking in them for hours on end I would not be able to move. Also, they may be waterproof, but the soles of the shoes do not look like they would give good support and traction. So sadly, they are going back
I'd also recommend:
Merrell, Columbia

This boot may be good for some people. I have always had a narrow foot and the C width is still tight. They also have ahigher heel and throw all of your weight on the front of your foot. Pretty, but not terribly practical.

For the most part these are comfortable boots right out of the box. I ordered EE and they still fit a little narrow. They were spot on with length. Working on breaking them in and stretching the leather.
