So excited for these to arrive, ordered sz7 my Normal size however these were a whole size way too big. I returned & excha ged for a size 6 with hopes they fit

Very comfortable but the white turns grey within a few wearings. I've dabbed them with a soapy cloth, even a toothbrush, but they don't get all the way clean. Then when I wear them the next time, more dirt, from the air, maybe, gets imbedded into the cloth and dirties it. I'm not rough on my shoes, just use them for walking, so this is ridiculous.

I have a brand new pair of Hoka 5s that I purchased earlier this year and they make a horrible squeaking sound when I walk unless I'm on my very tiptoes. I have 4 other pair of Hokas that do the EXACT same thing and it drives me crazy! Hoka, PLEASE fix this or I will be forced to stop buying your products. I think I own about 12 pair of your shoes.

I invested in Hokas because they have the reputation of being a comfortable, durable, high-quality shoe. I bought my Mach 5's a little over a year ago, then they sat on a shelf for about 6 months. After 6 months, I dusted them off and started using them to walk the neighborhood about one to three miles, 3-5 times a week. In my book, that does not qualify as excessive use. But with that little use, the soles are already almost all the way worn through and the shoes are giving me foot issues now. Once I realized how worn the soles were, I was 2 weeks past the warranty date, so there's nothing I can do but warn the next customer. Only buy if you want to keep replacing them every few months... In my book, they're not worth the money.

Would of loved these shoes had they been what I ordered. The outside of the box shows what I ordered, but inside was a totally different shoe. Not even a Mach, it was an arechi. Other than that, I have purchased several shoes from Hoka and they have never disappointed until now. Now I have to start an exchange

All my HOKA fit perfectly and I hate returning shoes n dealing with the hassle specially when I know a brand that works perfect. This particular shoes for too big why I had to return them

I was not satisfied I got my initial order it was the wrong size so I submitted an exchange for the right size. Returned the shoe hit the size. But shoe was not a good fit had pain in the right front of my foot when I tried them on so I cam ware a shoe the dmt fit So I tried to put in for a return and refund. Massage was given to me that I could not get refund. I am stuck with a shoe that is not a good fit

I ordered my usual size 7, but it was huge! So I sized down to 6.5 but still look like clown shoes on my feet. I finally ordered another in 6. They are way too tight and gave me blisters. One of the shoes came with the seams aleast splitting apart. The other shoe started falling apart after the second run. No wonder these were on sale.... Also the customer service is awful. Why isn't there an email or phone number to directly contact them?? You have to text chat with them but the person gave out wrong information about returns. It's been a mess. Also the returns take a whole month to process. Never buying from this company again!

I'am disappointed that both pairs of Mach 5 did not work for me!! They fit tight and make the top of my feet hurt! ( even when I loose the laces) I am about to returned them!

I RECENTLY PURCHSED THIS SHOE AFTER LOVING MY BONDI 8. THIS SHOE WAS VERY PRETTY LOOKING BUT KEPT RUBBING ON THE TOP BONE ON MY RIGHT FOOT. I AM RETURNING FOR EITHER REFUND OR ANOTHER STYLE.

I will never purchase a HOKA product again! I was told that HOKA are the absolute best for problem feet (I broke both ankles and need good support). In fact there is very little arch support and the shoe just feels like I'm walking with duck feet. Certainly NOT worth what I paid!

They shipped them to an unknown address and can't find them and won't work with me. So I'm out 128.00 for nothing!

I've read alot of great reviews. But these hurt my ankles and felt hard. I want to return them but I think it will be more of a hassle since I ordered thru Klarna

I feel there is not nearly enough cushion in this shoe. I am used to other Hokas that have much more cushion when running.

I've worn Hokas for the last couple years and these were my are my least favorite. The color is cute but the fit is causing me heel pain. I wore them for a 12 hour shift at the hospital and I limped for 2 days after. Not all Hokas are built the same.

I have noticed a decline in the quality of the Hoka Mach 5. While I have used multiple pairs over the past year for both running and work, the most recent pair is tight and has a sharp edge that is pushing into my ankle. This inconsistency is disturbing and disappointing. My husband noticed thing with the Men's Clifton. I have been a Hoka fan for over 10 years and I never thought I would say this, but I am now looking for a new brand of shoes for running and work.

A very satisfied mach 4 wearer, I was disappointed to learn the style was no longer available, so I ordered the mach 5. Turns out that the shoe has been completely redesigned. It's now narrower and more sculpted in the toe box area. What was once my dream shoe no.longer works. I'm still looking for an adequate replacement. No suggestions from Hoka have been forthcoming

My 3 year old, boxy Hokas serve one purpose- to give my damaged runner's toes a rest and to correct a slight issue in my arch. Because this was a successful experiment (way too boxy to run in)- I thought to upgrade to a more recent shoe. Ordering the Marc 5, in usual 8.5- was like finding my foot in a long boat. Sent back- ordered the 8- again, the lace is elongated, the fit is odd. I was a sponsored athlete and tester for the original Secony Jazz- I have very good foot intuition- this shoe is not conducive to walking or running, given my experience. Very odd construction, in fact.

I return it after I tried it for 8 hrs of wearing it.

They were not comfortable and they rubbed against my ankle. Being a Diabetic I can not afford to have blasters , HOW DO I RETURN THEM?
