They sent me returned shoes used ones. They were worn by someone. So annoyed

Ouch ouch I carefully read the reviews because I'm tired of buying and returning and thought I'd found a comparable 1 to my Clifton 9. Nope Nope not wide no support I'll stick with cliff

Size was fine but the sole of the shoe felt like cheap plastic and slippery.

Unfortunately these were dirty when I got them. They were obviously worn and sent back. I had a race coming up and needed to start training. Opted not to sent them back. Will just order straight from HOKA the next time

I found these to be the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn. I was really surprised given the reviews. I got them to use with my standing desk and walking pad to keep up daily exercise but my feet felt super squeezed and uncomfortable during and were throbbing after I took them off.

wrong size a have multiple pairs of Hoka shoes. These were either miss marked or mens.

HUGE! This shoe was huge all over- looked and felt like a man's shoe- had to double check it. Even my husband said it looks like I am swimming around in his shoes. Returned.

The shoes were clearly worn! The treads had dirt on them and laces tied like they had been used. So disappointing. Returned immediately.

When I first opened the box I thought they were used. They’re not white. The only thing that is white is the rubber sole. The rest goes from an off white to a dirty white. Not pretty. Fit is okay. I like the style of the shoe. They’re a little more narrow at the toe box than I’d like but comfortable overall. Just can’t get past the dirty white. Returning.

Too wide in the toe box. Not a good fit for me.

Even after extensive research to find the best running shoe for my training, these shoes have failed me miserably. I so badly wanted to fall in love with these shoes, but they gave me ankle/heel pain while running. I recently wore them while I moved into my apartment and the way my feet ached after a couple hours of walking the same way fashionable shoes with no support would. Hoping I can somehow return these and purchase a new pair of shoes... running shoes are an investment these days and these aren't working for me.

I received the wrong pair of shoes that were also clearly used. They did not even come in an original HOKA box. I sent them back and received the correct shoe however, they were also not in an original HOKA box and were clearly tried on. They actually had a small stain on them that I had to clean off.

The shoes came USED!!! Bottom was fully gray/brown. Disappointed that they didn’t even checked before shilling. These were a birthday gift for my mom so imagine the embarrassment when she opened them.
