These shoes are excellent! Not the big toe box that some Hoka shoes have, however, they have just the right space for your toes and width. Great cushioning. I want 2 miles every morning and these have been great shoes so far.

These shoes are so comfortable, it's unbelievable. I work on my feet all day and I have always struggled to find the perfect shoe. The ones I would buy would feel good for a short time then quickly become uncomfortable, to the point I would have to take off my shoes between patients. When I would run, my knees, ankles and feet would ache until Hoka Mach 5. I'm completely satisfied and have even got my husband and now best friend hooked. I had to order a half size up compared to other brands. The toe box is a bit wide on me but I'm still very happy.

I run almost everyday and I found sometimes I had to take breaks because other shoes would cause me pain around my toes/knuckles because of the construction of the shoe/hard plastic or where it would bend.
These shoes are so soft, I didn't have to wear them in at all. Felt like I've had them for months. The bounce when I run is so supportive, and on top of that the way the shoe is shaped on the heel really stabilizes you when you're running fast.
Get these shoes.

I was hesitant to buy these thinking the souls were huge and I have big feet to begin with, size 11, I didn't want to accent them, but once I put them on my feet were so happy. The soft, squishy feel is truly like walking on air. I plan to use them as my running shoes, but breaking them in with some everyday wearing so far. I am very happy and would highly recommend them to others.

I typically wear a 9.5 in running shoes (new balance, brooks) and wear a 9 in these. I tried the Hoka Bondi also and the 9 felt HUGE in those, so I thought these might be that same issue but it's not. The 9 fit well in these. It's still a half size down from other brands, but fits like the 9.5 in my other shoes. Bondi also seemed to have more of a formed arch in the shoe which didn't work well for me. These are less pronounced inside, so better for my feet.

These shoes are absolutely amazing!! If your a runner fresh out of the box and I ran 9 miles In them felt like I was running on air I'm not kidding the way their cushioned made my foot feel very good and stable I switched to these from Cliftons still love those for shorter distance runs but these are amazing! Sizing for me personally they run a little big so stick to your true size I know they say size up a half being a runner I never have and have had no issues

One of the best shoes for my feet! I began working in the hospital and walk 6 miles a day. Being a phlebotomist and continuously on my feet was constant pain. I was referred to buy Hoka, so I gave in. Best purchase I've made AND I just bought my 2nd pair!!!

This is my second pair of Hoka's but my first pair of the Mach 5's. I was a little nervous because my first pair left a gnarly blister on the bottom of my right foot. However, I chanced it with these and I'm in love! I just did 6 miles in them (my first run with them) and there was zero discomfort. Unless something changes these will be my go to shoes!

Finally found the one! I can run for miles and miles and my feet don't even feel like I ran. Love these shoes. Feels like I'm flying. Only little complaints: they don't handle well on loose gravel & I hope the outsoles hold up. If you're looking for a pavement pounder, here she is!

I run 5ks frequently and enjoy normal everyday runs throughout the week. The Mach 5s were my third pair as I retired my first pair after literally wearing them out. I love the Mach 5s so much that I ordered another pair in a different color. My newest pair just arrived and I'm in love! They are incredibly responsive, comfortable, and form to your feet over time. It's literally like running on a cloud. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I am a big fan of rotating shoes, but I love the Machs so much, it's becoming difficult! I just bought a new pair, but have just been "rotating" with my old Mach 5s (which have 400+ miles on them!) or even my old Mach 4s. I think they're the perfect mix of cushioning and snappiness. I like them for long runs, workouts, and easy runs--honestly, everything but races (when I'll use something with a carbon plate). For the price, and considering the fact that I'm getting over 400 miles out of a pair, this is kinda the perfect shoe. Highly recommend!!

Feels just like my previous Mach 4 to me...which is a good thing: I really liked those. Lightweight, comfy cushioning, and a rocker that takes me feel fast. Like all Hokas they run almost half a size large, so I bought my usual size 10 (instead of sizing up) which still gives me a bit of extra room in the toe box.
In terms of looks, don't love the longish shape (also have Cliftons and Rincons for recovery that look more attractive), so got them in inconspicuous black, again.

I'm so impressed with these shoes. I love the way the toe box fits my wider foot, how lightweight and speedy they are. Plus, the color combos. A great shoe for my speed and race days!

I work in the ED/trauma units in a level one trauma center. I'm constantly on my feet and running around like crazy, these Mach 5's stand up to the challenge and last longer than any other shoe I've tried. 10/10, I recommend.

This is the most comfortable walking and running shoe I have every purchased. This will be my new brand that I will continue to buy because it fits great on my feet, the durability and weight of the shoe is awesome. My feet don't hurt after walking or jogging. However, I still have pain when I start walking at a fast pace. I need to see a podiatrist to tell me what is causing the tightness and awful pain that hurts until I get about in my 1 1/2 strength.

Hoka's are probably the most comfortable shoes that I put on my feet. I am 75 years old and walk between 6-10 miles a day 7 days a week. This is my 4th pair of Hoka's in 2 years. They are all different and I love them all,
