I’d like to review the shoe. I’m dying to try them. However, it says they were delivered & I haven’t received them. Near as I can tell an Amazon order was delivered to the building on the other side of the complex. So it’s possible these were as well but my keys don’t work in that building, so I’ve no way to know for sure. Unless someone over there lets me or the driver know or sends them back I guess. Super disappointing but not because of the shoes.

If I'd absolutely HAVE to buy these shoes, I'd physically go to the store. Customer support or the "support team" did NOTHING to help. The representatives are patient and respectful. If you need to contact customer support prepare your day to speak with them. I tried calling during my lunch break and the call was disconnected and didn't receive a call back. I called after work, and spend about 45 minutes on a call trying to resolve the matter. If you're looking to buy WHITEEEE ON WHITEE shoes, do not consider the White Bondi 8. Nowhere does it say it's blue which is what I tried to argue. The company doesn't care. I received white shoes that is more like an off blue. If you're looking for a different color and you know how it looks then by all means. The wide isn't a Wide like New Balance if that's what you're looking for. They are light but it doesn't feel true to size unless they stretch out after wearing them for some time. I ordered them for a Disney cruise because I heard they're the most comfortable for Disney (parks, vacation, etc) however didn't get to experience it.

They never arrived. I'm so sad. But HOKA customer service was awesome in getting me a refund It was the post office that lost them not HOKA. I own about 10 pairs and love them all
