The Bondi 8 outsole is much wider than the outsole on the Hoka Rincon 4's that I love so much. Bondi 8's outsole looks like a brat doll shoe -- from the top, it is like an exaggerated figure 8. I'm returning them because I think I'd trip over those outsoles sticking out between my two feet.

Honestly, they’re just not comfortable for me on my feet all day. I love the structure of the shoe but I just don’t find enough padding inside for me to keep them or be comfortable unfortunately but I think they’re adorable.

I have rather narrow feet, but these shoes rubbed me toe area in an uncomfortable way. My orthotic supports also did not fit well in the shoe.

I ordered the wide shoes to prevent one foot from continuing the path towards a bunion. The shoe still rubs below my big toe. Luckily I was able to manipulate the laces and add an insert but was very surprised I had to. These are barely wider than my regular pair of Hokas.

Returning the shoes because there was minimal to no arch support and both shoes forced over probation in my walk. I feel like these shoes definitely would have caused pain/issues long term

I have arthritis in my feet and have been wearing the Giaviota 5 for a few months. I assumed the Bondi would be as comfortable but I was mistaken. The shoe is tighter and seems smaller.

I really wanted to like these shoes because I need help with sore feet whilst I exercise.
Unfortunately, they were to tight across the tops of my toes and I had to return for a refund.
On the positive side, my refund was issued to me a week after shipping the shoes

I ordered Bondi 8s wide in black/white and Airy Blue/sunlit ocean but they were too narrow! I had ordered Bondi 8s wide in white and harbor mist/lunar rock and they were fine! Do not order the black/white or airy blue in wide because they are not wide!

Looked into Hoka's because of bunions. Really wanted to like them, but the where the laces stop hit directly across my bunion making them very uncomfortable. Tried this size (.5 up from normal) with the same result.

I ordered black. I received navy blue. It is a very unattractive shoe. It is not what I was expecting. There is so much "sole" below where the foot sits that it causes a balance problem for me. I have a callus on the ball of left foot and after looking at online reviews etc was hoping this would help that issue. Can't say that the shoe has made much difference. I have bunions on both feet so ordered wide width to see how that worked. Can't tell much differ3nce.

Instant no. Felt heavy, look absurd. I was first converted to Hokas with the Clifton 8, though I was disappointed in how quickly the inside of the heel wore out resulting in plastic sticking out. Then I got the Mach 5, which was great, but the foam wore out in 6 months. Unfortunately I think this third times the charm and I will be switching to Brooks or something different. Hokas are too inconsistent and wear down too quickly for the price they charge.

I wanted to love these. I've been an avid Brooks wearer for many years, but Hoka's kept coming up in conversations. They are tight in the toebox and do not give me the arch support I need. After I wear them all day, my feet hurt. I'm going back to the Brooks.

I love Hokas but these looked too big in the toe area. The toe area looked extrememly wide when you have them on your feet. Not sure why the company changed the overall look.

I wanted to like the Bondi 8 but after wearing around the house for a couple of days the pain on the side of my feet was unbearable. These shoes put a lot of pain on the sides of my feet, and I ordered Wide Width which is what I always wear. I read other reviews that stated the same thing so now I will put more stock in the reviews in the future.

I ordered a number 9 shoes wide size, because they didn't have in regular size, unfortunately it was too big. I exchange for number 8.5 size and they send me number 8.5 shoes but regular size. The shoes are little tight and they are NOT wide.

These seem to rock and roll, even when trying to stand still. They feel good on my feet, unti I have had them on for a few hours, then my feet feel achy, tired, and hot.

Fit and size are fine. The problem is that the soles are separating from the bottom after a few months of normal use. Since this seems to be a known issue, based on many comments I have seen, the price point of this brand seems unwarranted.
