Stay away from these shoes. Elastic impedes any easy way to put them on.

These have either been used or something else, it's my second time exchanging. There's clear evidence of it having been dirtied and cleaned. I'm just trying to get new shoes and this is frustrating now it's the second exchange

The shoe is comfortable and fits true to size but the black rubber sole is completely pealing off of the toe with less than a month of wear.

For several years I have continuously bought Bondi 7's but since they are no longer available I bought the 8's a week or to ago. My whole body hurts especially my left foot. These shoes are a different cut in both the toe box and heel making the fit different. Unfortunately I dont think I will be buying Hoka's any longer.

We purchased a pair for my son who works multiple jobs and he has to stand up average 8 hours a day. We selected wide pair but it's tighter than usual and his feet are not extra wide or unusual. We strongly felt that this pair we received isn't brand new pair. Either it was used as a demo in the shop or someone returned it after trying out for few days. We say that because, this isn't the first shoe pair we ever brought. My niece who worked for footlocker in the past has same opinion. It's shameful that they ripped us off. I will never buy again neither will recommend them.

Can't walk on treadmill

Shoes came with 2 different size laces, one of them being almost too short to tie. Contacted customer service and they told me they couldn't send me a new pair of laces. They said the only option would be to send the shoes back for an exchange. This seems like a lot of extra work on my part for something they could remedy easily. Very disappointed with Hoka.

I got blisters in my feet. My size is usually 9 but i guess it was too big for me. Also it was narrow. Turns out I was sent 8.5

I have previously used Hoka Clifton 8s and loved them. Was looking for a somewhat similar shoe to run my first marathon which is scheduled for 10/08/2023. Unfortunately, after the first wear, during and after, I felt discomfort in the instep arch of my right foot. I thought maybe I needed to just break them in so I have run in them 8 times for a total of 47 miles but the pain continues.

I'm not happy with these shoes at all. Such a shame. I was SO excited to receive them.

So I tried the same shoe (Bondi 8) on in a store to check for fit, then ordered through the mail. I have worn out my Bondi 5 shoes (they were great). The length was good, but the toe box was much too narrow in the new shoes I bought. They are unwearable. I don't think the sizing was consistent. There was no attached method or address to return the shoes. So now I have to find someone who can wear this size shoe that wants the shoe. I am completely dissatisfied and will not buy Hoka shoes ever again.

after wearing these shoes, my feet are killing me. The inside middle of my foot is where the pain is. my foot just doesn't sit right with the way have the shoe made. would never buy again.

Got my new shoes open the box and it looks like somebody had already had them for a couple of days. They just threw them in the box without putting the soul supports in and not putting the paper around them. Big surprise thought that they were a classy establishment. First time buyer last time buyer.

You can get the wide or the extra wide and it won't matter these shoes are not for people with wide feet. There is a high and hard plastic arch on the midsole. Anyone with wide feet will feel pain as it continuously jams into your arch with every step. It doesn't get better.

4e wide is not wide enough.

My family all bought bombi 8 for our trip to Disney world. They were broken in a few weeks before our trip. My son and wife got many blisters while I found a different brand I brought to be much more comfortable.

Very dissatisfied! Purchased 2 pairs of hoka trying to get a wide that would work. Wanted a high top in wide but you don't make, have switched to new balance

Shoe size was not the size of other shoes I have worn. Very big difference. Not comfortable for use as advertised.

I have 15 pairs. My favorite is Bondi 7. Bondi 8, no bueno. Feels like I am wearing boots. It will take you a lot to bring me back.
