Hello,
I was very happy to get my new HOKA shoes and honestly they feel very comfortable but after a month of wearing them I started feeling pain above my heel. I figured out that interior plastic and fabric has tear an it. Im very dissapointed.

The Bondi 7 fit me much better. The 8 is tighter across the top of the shoe across laces. They seem much narrower across the toe box. Not real happy I paid the money I did for these

I wear a 10W - and I have ASICS and Adidas in a 10W that fit perfectly. The HOKAs did not - they are not wide ... the fit was snug, and after just a few hours of wearing, the outside of my foot actually hurt.
They are comfortable on the bottom for sure, feels like you are walking on air. It'd just be nice if they fit. Had to return both pair that I ordered.

this is my fourth pair of Bondi's. I always get an 8 regular. However this latest one is too narrow and my toes are a little squished. It's kind of subtle so unfortunately I didn't notice until I was running in them awhile and started having some issues. Then I put on my old pair and realized the difference is more than just the new pair being new. I wish they would tell you what they change with each iteration. Then I would have gone up to a wide or an 8.5.

The advertisement did not match the product. My feet are killing me after 4 hours on my feet, when my old sneakers would allow me about six hours of comfort. Tried purchasing extra insoles but then my feet couldn't fit in the shoes.

This is the 4th or 5th pair of Hoka shoes I have purchased I have loved every pair and have recommended them to numerous people. This latest pair is not comfortable . I previously purchased a pair of Stinson Atr 6 size 10 and they are great. My latest purchased was also a 10. They feel too short and too narrow. I thought they would loosen, but they have not.

Although I love the thick Hoka soles, the toe box was very short, a full inch shorter than the Propel shoes I wear. I also really really wish Hoka would make a double wide in womens shoes for all the women who have bunions.

The arch is to high and the legendary cushioning is gone. I've bought 5 bonding over the past 5 years and they have been great. Not sure what happen with the 8 hoping hoka returns to the plush ride.

Beautiful shoe. Love the color. But the fit didn't work for me.
The toe box is much tighter than in the clifton, and I felt I would need to size up.

I bought a second set of hokas, this time extra wide as my previous pair were a little snug. The right shoe fit perfectly, but the left shoe had a protrusion of some sort that impinged on the outer part of my left foot. That area was extremely sore after a walk. I sent them back for another pair, hoping this was just isolated to that particular shoe.

I recently tried Hoka Bondi 8. This was my first experience with Hoka. I didn't care for the style, and to me I thought the New Balance 1080v12s were more comfortable. These felt like orthotic shoes to me. Not impressed.
I'd also recommend:

These shoes are too narrow, even though I chose WW. They are giving me blisters. Also there is something very hard at the arch, toes and heel.

I bought these shoes from Runner's High for running. these have so little support, I wouldn't even try to run in them.

I bought these looking for some new wide shoes, which are hard for me since I am a 4E. These shoes were great in the toe box, exactly the width I needed. However, the rest of the shoe was so narrow it hurt my feet immediately and I had to take them off and send them back. How can you make part of the shoe wide, and not the rest?

Always wanted to try the Hoka. I wear an 8.5 EE in other brands so Hoka recommended the 9 wide. The size was OK although there was a bit of heel slippage. The problem for me was that they were just too cushioned without enough stability which threw my gait off when walking fast. So, sadly, I had to return them.
I do appreciate the ability to try and then return the shoes if necessary.

I like the quality of the shoe overall, they are not wide enough around the middle part of my foot

I have been wearing and love my pair of Bondi 7's for two years now. As it was getting time to order a new pair, I ordered the Bondi 8, in identical size and width as by Bondi 7. (9-4E)
I was shocked when I tried on the Bondi 8. They are so much smaller I could barely get them on my feet. I checked and re-checked the label on the tongue. Same size as my Bondi 7. Different and smaller, in particular NARROWER, shoe. It appears that Hoka is using a different last for this new model. Really a bummer, as I thought Hoka could be my long term brand.

I didn't care for the Bondi 8's as much as I did the 7's. The main reason being the width is very noticeably more narrow than the 7's and that's with me purchasing the double wide. With the 7's I felt like I got the double wide and could have did ok with with just a wide. But then I became pregnant and needed more room. When I ordered the Bondi 8 in wide my feet hurt so bad but I missed the window to return, chunked it up to my pregnancy feet and concluded I would just revisit them after I have the baby. I reordered a half size larger and the double wide and it still hurt so bad. I missed the 7's so much and hate I didn't order two pair of the Bondi 7's double wide in my size cause they were amazing for my swollen pregnant feet unlike the Bondi 8's. I truly pray they go back to the width sizing of the 7's and forget about making the main focus being cute cut/shape and color for trends.
