The shoes were exactly what I needed for 1 week. After that, the fit seemed to settle in and don't add as much support and it leaves my feet hurting. As a UPS I need all of the comfort and support I can get with being on my feet for 10 plus hours five days a week. I had previously went to the podiatrist just two weeks before purchasing the shoes and I was told by a Dr to buy a 1/2 size up so I did. Big mistake. I'm a size 12 and that's what I should have stuck with. Now i'm left with sore feet.

Left shoe feels great!!! I'm going to buy a toe bix stretcher for the right shoe. Bought wide, but I guess right foot is eider than left.

I work in service. I wore the soles off of my bondi 7s and loved em. The bondi 8 (same size) is constructed differently and is super uncomfortable. So, maybe I need the wide? Not sure. I don't have a particularly wide foot. Maybe I'm flat footed? This isn't a problem I run into often.

I've been a Bondi runner since Bondi 3s. I am a heavier runner and the bindi's have been my go to for multiple triathlons. The bondi 8 redesign of the sole makes it a harder landing than bondi 7. It is no longer like running on a cloud. I have tried two bondi 8s to see if I just had a bad shoe. Both were the same.

Purchased these shoes recently and have done a lot of walking. Have learned that after a couple of miles each day, they are not comfortable and causing some calluses.

Look and Quality are all there, however it is a poor evolution from the previous BONDI model. Front cushioning is no longer enough, the EE width on the prior model was spot-on, this runs a little wider. I wonder if reg width would have been sufficient. Front sole is wider and takes time to get used to if you wore the previous model daily for years as I have. Overall I'm not unhappy, but I am disappointed.

I have been using Hoka brand shoes for a long time. One thing that really bothers me is how often they change the shoes. They get about ever other iteration correct. The 8s are a miss. The Bondi 6 were a miss. These are to tight in the heal area and pinch my heal. The second is really bad. These are really slippery. Any water, and these are sliding all over the place. They also feel like they loose grip on many surfaces. I love that they have all black but I am back wearing my crazy color 7s at work because I cannot wear the 8s. They are just sitting in my car now. I hope the 9s come out soon! I just love all the cushioning!

this is my 6th pair of Hokas , and I love my first 5 pairs, but these Bondi 8's are hurting my lateral planter nerve can I exchange them for a pair of Arahi's?

Unfortunately, I'm disappointed to say that there is something in the right shoe is pressing against my arch even though I purchased the extra wide. I can't even send it back because I live in Saudi Arabia and if I want to the cost will be as much as the shoes so it's not worth it.

I have had several Hoka running shoes the and been very satisfied, the bondi 8 does not meet my expectation, they are bulky, and seem heavy to run in not sure if it's the weight or the large surface area, i will go back to my old Hoka for now

Shoe is fine and apparently there is a break in period. I'm going from a bondi 7 to an 8. Getting off there email list is impossible unsub after unsub blocked etc they still send too many emails. If I order another hoka I'll take the long way round.

The Bondi 8 definitely needs to be refined. I have a standard D width foot, as measured. The unusually narrow toe-box of the regular D width Bindi's force your pinky toe to curl under and be walked on until the resulting blisters make them completely intolerable. I exchanged the D's for W's only to now have a giant pair of heavy clown shoes. After seven miles in them this morning, I couldn't get home fast enough to take them off and put on my old pair of On's. Please consider making these shoes true to size.

I was told in a chat that the 4E width would fit based on my history of wearing 6E width New Balance. I could not even get my feet into them.

Never had issues with Hoka but for some reason I've had intense knee pain after using these for a few weeks. Have stopped running for a week now but they don't seem as comfortable as I'm used to from them even in day to day wear.

We've always had great luck with hoka and it's been a high quality brand but this last pair of shoes that we got we've had them less than a month and the tread is peeling off the bottom of the shoe.

So disappointed with Bondi 8. I can feel sharp edges between the midsole and sole on the inner side.

I was really disappointed with the Bondi 8. HOKA changed the structure of the shoe, and my feet were extremely uncomfortable on a 20 minute walk. I wish they didn't make product changes from the Bondi 7. I had to return and find another brand for support since the changes caused me foot pain and discomfort.

Left shoe has been 100% Right shoe arch had a lump in it that was different than the left shoe, caused a lot of pain. I spoke to customer service and they suggested trying a second pair. My mistake in agreeing. It is 2 months later and the problem has come back. The left shoe is still100% but I can physically feel that the right shoe now has something wrong in the arch and heel pocket. Highly uncomfortable/painful and I'm done wearing them. I have never had a shoe issue like this before with any brand, I really think this is a manufacturing defect.

I spend most of my day on my feet. After awhile they both hurt, old age is probably a factor. I have Arthritis in my left foot. These shoes seem to feel all right after they break in. I can walk a few miles during the day and have only mild discomfort due to the Arthritis.

This is the second pair of these shoes I've bought and the toe of the shoe keeps collapsing in. Even though they're very comfortable, I would not recommend buying this shoe.
