Shoes get slippery on wet area as they wear over time.

The Bondi 8 is labeled a plush cushion shoe that is stable. It feels more like a stability shoe with cushioning. The arch support is very pronounced to the point of being uncomfortable for a neutral foot.

I've heard so much hype about HOKA, so I tried them. Unfortunately, they are nothing special, and if I could return them, I would.

Bondi 8 14 4E not as wide as Asics 14 4E or New Balance 14 4E. I don't get blisters as a rule - 50 miles in my Asics without even a hot spot. But ran 14 on Saturday in my new Bondi 8s. Both right foot big toe and pinky toe got super sore hot spots. I want to enjoy these shoes really bad, but am concerned I am not going to be able to run ultra distances in them. Tried 15D, 15 2E, and 14 4E. 14 4E fit the best but is still a little too narrow.

Unfortunately the sneaker was too narrow for me. It's really a shame as the sneakers otherwise felt good and they look fantastic! Had to return as the color was not available in a wide width.

The cushion felt great, but the width of the shoe is enormous! Not a flattering look on a real woman. For that reason I sent them back.

4E is not very wide compared to Brooks and Altra.

I was excited to try the shoes especially when I'm on my feet for 12-16 hours a day but after 20 days of use my feet started to hurt with the shoes, it seems the arch is too big for my feet and cause soreness and tenderness on the bottom of my feet

My Hoka's don't live up to my expectations. The toe bed is too tight, and the cushioning isn't good enough.

Shoes appear to be well made. However I have a wide foot. They fit well around my toes but were too narrow in the arch, so I had to return them.

Returned due to tightness across the top of the front despite ordering wide width. Exchanged for half size larger and all is good now.

I LOVE Hokas for the feel and fit and comfort of walking... I DON'T LOVE the way they wear out so easily. The color rubs off very quickly when one shoe bumps the other at the sole. I recommend getting a completely white sole with no color on it because ALL of my shoes have rubbed the black, grey, red, paint completely off when the shoes touch each other occasionally when I walk. This is because they are spray painted to get the color striping as opposed to making the rubber have the color embedded through the entire sole.

Very comfortable and great for walking but the wide style is not attractive.

I have two pairs of the Bondi 7 and love them. The Bondi 8 is not as soft as the 7. This are my everyday shoes, I am not a runner. I also had to go up half a size for the 8 and my feet did not grow.

Pretty heavy and confining. Am waiting for refund so I can try a different style, preferably Clifton 9.

Chances are that if you are buying shoes like this, you have sore feet. I have very sore feet and my Doctor recommended these shoes. I bought them, and after a week of wearing them, my feet are worse. I bought the wide width but they feel narrow. They seem long enough but I can tell they are squeezing the sides of my feet. One size larger would help? Hard to tell.

The inside liner was torn when I received them. I would return them but UPS kept delaying my shipment for 2 weeks and I need the shoes.

Guess I was expecting nirvana with soft, cushy soles. I did get that effect mostly, but along with a bit wobbly, less secure footing. Also, the tongue is attached tightly on one side, open on the other. I don't know what the designer intended, but it makes the shoe less open when putting on and taking off. This also puts more pressure on my high arches, that was an unwelcome surprise, especially in a 4E width.

These Bondis were way too soft under foot. Just to walk in them took max effort and used new muscles.
I replaced them with a pair of Cliftons and am very happy. Hoka is a good brand that makes high quality shoes. Just have to find the right pair. The Cliftons are my third. Wife is on her 6th pair.
