Comfortable with generous toe area and grips well on wet rocks and mud . I will definitely buy again and again .

I love these shoes- I hike with them- even use them carrying my clubs on a mountain course- Great stability. Why is there no longer a selection of colors?

These seem like they will be a well built shoe that definitely leans to the hiker side over the trail runner side. They are not true to size though. Order half size up. I think they are discontinued so it doesn't really matter.

The tongue is too short on all Hokas. Otherwise love them.

I do really like them and have hiked over 350 miles in these shoes. They are comfy, stable and grippy. The Vibram outsole grips very well but for some reason, the middle part of the outsole is a foamy materiel and not Vibram, and that foam part wears out very quickly.

This is my first pair of Hoka shoes. I tend to gravitate to trail oriented shoes and these were on sale. I ordered size 11 (this is what I wear in most athletic shoes), it was to short. I replaced them with an 11.5 and it was good. The shoe is very comfortable but I find it feels a little unstable. I am sometimes worried that my ankle could roll. I generally don't have any issues with ankle support. Because they are so comfortable I might try a street pair of Hokas to see if the stability is better. Overall, I'm not sure Hokas are worth the trendy surcharge. Lastly, they are not good looking. FYI, I normally wear ASICS and will probably stick to them.

I have owned 6 pairs of hokas and always wore 9 1/2… I had to return and get half size smaller. I feel like hoka quality is going the wrong way. Insoles are cheap and useless. Expensive shoe

This Hoka fits different than the Bondi 8, which was more narrow. The Anacapa fit my foot better but the arch support wasn't sufficient. The sole is soft which may be good for running but perhaps less durable on trails. I went with a Salomon instead that fit better and had a more durable build quality.
I'd also recommend:
Merrill, Salomon

Where I live I tell folks you can't take your money with you - enjoy the most amassing feeling feet smile at your kids - but don't explain how MUCH - THEY ARE WORTH the fair price tag - p.s. I have 6 pairs presently! They are so comfortable and hard to wear out! Bob from JKV in Pompano

Product is comfortable but the heel pad made from Vibram is clumsy. I wasn't able to tell that from the pictures before ordering. I thought I would adjust to it but not so far.

Really like the look and feel of the shoe! Fits nicely not tight, but comfortablely snug! Couldn't give it the 5 however, shoes had a few loose and damaged stitches out of the box. But truly other than that, extremely happy with these!

The breeze's are great trail runners. Cushioning is definitely neutral and not plush. Sizing is spot on. The only real complaint is, for a shoe with "breeze" in it's name, the air flow could be better. I can't wear Sox with them.
