I've had these for several months and while I love the look (and the packaging was beautiful), they are so so uncomfortable. I get painful blisters every time I wear them, and I am not even walking that much, just light walking around the office while at work. I would never dare to wear these while running errands. I tried wearing them around the house with thicker socks but they haven't gotten better. The leather loop at the back tore apart right away, and I had to have them resoled, as the wood sole was slippery and not sturdy looking. All in all, a purchase I regret making, especially considering the price.

I had really high hopes for this bootie but it looked like I was wearing elf shoes. The fit is very strange and EXTREMELY uncomfortable. For the price of this shoe, I expected at least something good about them but I had to return them immediately. Save your money and get a Chelsea boot elsewhere.

Very uncomfortable, extremely narrow and just totally lacking on all levels of comfort and quality. Returned quickly! What a shame.

Loved the look of these online, but ... Tried them on, extremely stiff and uncomfortable. Quality not that great either. Returned.

The pull tab on the back of one of the boots snapped/broke after four wears. I hope a shoe shop can repair without great expense.

I was really looking forward to my first pair of Nisolo booties -- I was especially pleased that I got them on sale, but the heel strap was broken when I received them. Disappointed with their lack of attention to detail and quality control. I spent $150 for a defective product.

Order a half size up but just havent been as pleased as I think I should be for the price.

Gave this as a gift and when my daughter tried it on the loop broke on the back of the boot.

Ordered a half size upblike they suggested and it was still super tight. I dont have large or wide feet so I was pretty surprised. I love how they send a personal handwritten note but cant include free shipping and free returns hmm

So, the shoes were fine but too pointy. I sent them back several weeks ago and am STILL waiting to be reimbursed. Very frustrated. Would not recommended buying from Nisolo again.

These boots are no better than buying knock offs at H&M. I'm very disappointed to find that the quality is so poor. The leather is stiff and therefore leaves your ankles raw with rub marks if you do not wear socks that are higher than the boot. Even after several wears, I find that I cannot wear these boots without tall socks. The leather is easily scuffed with permanent scratches. This isn't a "nice patina" kind of effect either, it's more of an "that's an obvious scratch on your boot" kinda look. No amount of buffing will get those suckers out. The sole of the boot has no tread at the front. Did some designer just prototype this boot and then the manufacturers called it a day and create this boot from that???? It seems that no one at Nisolo invested in proper user testing because ANYONE would tell you that the moment you walk around in these boots it's like skating on ice. The sole is smooth and one finds herself slipping across any other smooth surface out in the world. I would warn any wearer to be careful in snow or ice. I myself had to additionally purchase traction stickers to place on the bottom to prevent slipping everywhere. Even with purchasing these boots on sale for $98 was not worth this kind of experience. I'm now left with an impression that Nisolo hides behind their Everlane-like aesthetic and nice marketing site but really the reality is a cheap knock off and poorly made product. Buyers beware.

I was gifted a pair of these boots in my normal size 8, they were a bit snug but I thought they would of course stretch a bit. Nope. I reached out to customer service and was very displeased with their "help" I was told to get them professionally stretched or sell them on a third party site.

I normally wear a 7.5. That size was too narrow and then I sized up to an 8. Still too narrow. I ended up giving them to my daughter.
